GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful amenities which include access to a pool with a beautiful ocean view, a sundeck, a private beach area, a grocery store, a spacious gym, and valet.
GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND:
You are in THE prime location. Beachfront hotel. Walking distance from world-class shopping including Lincoln Rd., an array of restaurants, golf courses, clubs, and other nightlife, as well as outdoor attractions and water sports. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
âą SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
âą One complimentary parking spot available in the Valet. For additional cars, Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
âą Pets are not permitted in this residence.
âą Due to the time involved in the association approval process, for this property, bookings must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date.
âą The association charges tenants a non-refundable application fee and an additional refundable security deposit. Funds are collected after booking has been made.
âą There will be a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax required every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
