Yes, it's all about being close to the beach when you visit Gulfport. Having moved here from Naples, FL, many years ago, what I still love most about the Mississippi Coast are the miles of open, undeveloped beaches. Whether you're driving along the beach road or walking the boardwalk, you're looking at beautiful white sand beaches and not miles of high rises blocking the view. Hope to see you again--you were perfect guests!

Great host! Attentive and accommodating. When ice maker didn’t perform properly she and her handyman were there in an hour and fixed it.

Property was well kept. Very close to the beach and rooms were clean and well taken care of.

This is a hidden gem with great amenities near by. The beach is within walking distance.

It accommodate my family of 11 and it was located in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Weekend Stay

The Mermaid house was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend in Gulfport! We had plenty of room for everyone in our group. The house was very spacious, clean, and close to the beach!

Mermaid Cottage was perfect for us. It is located central to most any place on the Gulf Coast with easy access.

Perfect vacation

The property was the perfect place for our family. It was close to the beach and easy to get to. We enjoyed every day we had in Gulfport. The house was well cared for and had everything we needed to feel at home. The host was very accommodating and if we needed something, it was taken care of right away.

Family beach vacation

Very roomy. The water pressure in the two bathrooms could have been better. Close to the beach and the neighbor, Kyle, who you share the driveway with, could not be nicer. Would definitely come back again.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. We checked the water pressure in all three bathrooms and it seemed fine. If people were taking showers in more than one bath, it might have lessened the pressure. I try to stay on top of everything at my homes and appreciate any feedback.
