Great getaway

Windy road getting there but it’s worth it for the amazing view. And after the inevitable issue of a teenager forgetting AirPods, the owners were very helpful to ship them to us. Very thankful for that!

Beautiful spot in Northern Arkansas

So glad we decided on this rental. It's an adorable house overlooking Beaver Lake. Perfect view! The house was cozy, and the owners provided lots of thoughtful "extras" - coffee pods, snacks, breakfast bars, etc. Fun selection of games, as well! We also appreciated the information on where to find anything we should need - nearby or far. It's a very small town, but it's not far from Rogers or Eureka Springs. We look forward to staying here again!

Nice stay

Overall great stay. Beds were very comfortable. Living area slightly small but our family was still able to hang out there by using the barstools for seating.

This is a great relaxing place it’s beautiful with a beautiful view its not far from the marina if you want to get on the water would have liked to have a king bed but that’s just because that’s what we’re used to but the beds are excellent and comfortable the owners were very helpful and quick to respond if you need peace and quiet it’s wonderful

The property is clean and fresh. It was easy and close to access our guided fishing trip.

It's a great property with easy access and responsive owners. Owners were quick to answer questions we had. We will be back for our next guys fishing trip.

Spring Break 2022 Great Trip

The location was perfectly placed between Garfield and Eureka Springs, which provided lots of options for our daily activities. The home was clean and cozy with two options for outdoor sitting areas for morning coffee or evening drinks. The interior was very nice with higher end finishes and the exterior was the same with well maintained landscaping. The sleeping areas were very roomy with very comfortable beds and several options for sleeping arrangements, which included the loft which my 14 and 15 year olds loved. The bathrooms were very nice and again provided enough sink, shower and toilet space to very comfortably support a family of 5 without any issues. There were some nice touches in the home, including a basket in the bathroom with toothpaste and toothbrushes in the event you left yours at home. Overall, the location exceeded our expectations. The communication with the landlord, Rick, was great on all levels, including reaching out to us prior to our trip to address any questions. We encountered one very minor issue, which did not affect our trip, but were very impressed how quickly Rick addressed it and had it resolved in a short amount of time. In short, great location, very clean, comfortable and cozy, and the property owner, Rick, was a pleasure to work with on our trip. We highly recommend the location.
