Cozy 2 B/R sleeps 5, 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from DTW airport.

Relaxing home, near a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Incredible kitchen with private eatery nook area. Very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Blackout curtains, perfect for a good night's sleep. Air bed if needed.

Open to instate & out-state guests.
Parking is available anywhere on th streets.

There are 2 entry doors. Main front gate door, Living room, and kitchen. We also have 3 video cameras, 1 in the front porch gate entrance, 1 over the garage located in the backyard, and 1 in the hallway over looking the outside of the unit and side door.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
If you have a pet please let me know because there is a additional charge of $60.00 per stay for up to 2 pets. If you do not mention the pet before arrival your $250 security deposit will be forfeited.

Additional charge for celebrations/parties, up to 600.00. No celebrations are allowed

Any additional cleaning beyond normal garbage and linens, though may be charged up to 150.00.

Also, smoking in the unit will cause a 250.00 cleaning and odor remover fee.

Unsafe property and very dirty. No hot water during winter season and microwave wasnt working. Would not recommend. I am not picky at all but the fact that I booked for over 1 week and had to leave 3 hours into my stay was a horrible experience. Owner did not want to refund nor reimburse. Attached pictures to my Expedia complain and working on a reimbursement.

Lies, deceit, disgusting, unsafe, filthy

I never leave bad reviews anywhere about anything. It is just not my thing, it affects people negatively and am not the one to wish bad on anyone. But this one is the one that just went way too far for me. I am a very adaptable person, grew up in a rough neighborhood and am comfortable anywhere. You might not be comfortable in this booking though... Plenty of liquor stores and corner boys close by hough if you are looking for convenience in landing a "fix". I did not stay a single night of a 45 light booking. The neighborhood is not good, the unit is only one bedroom, the laundry is available in the owner's apartment and they live in it. The microwave does not work, everything was disgustingly dirty. I attempted to work out a resolution to cancel my booking with the owner and they would not refund a cent of it. They were very rude and threatening.

Wonderful

Very nice apartment in a historical neighborhood. Was close to everything and the host was easy to contact and always got back to us right away. Would love to stay again if we are back in the Detroit area.

Dearborn Home

If you are looking for a property in Dearborn this is a good option. My husband and I were in town for our son's golf tournament at TPC Michigan in Dearborn. We wanted to stay near the course and wanted to bring our dog. This property worked out well. It is about 7 miles from the course and has a small backyard for the dog. The owner is remodeling it and there is still some work to do on the backyard and back porch. Otherwise, it was fine. The owner is very helpful and accommodating.

Everything about the stay was great. The house was clean, well laid out and private. It was fun to walk around the neighborhood and see the historic houses.

Great communication!

This was a last minute trip to visit U of M Dearborn campus and explore the area. My son and his best friend will be rooming together so we are exploring various neighborhoods and getting acquainted with Detroit and it’s suburbs. Mary was great! She immediately reached out to my request to come today (Friday night), late around midnight, and stay until Sunday. She made everything easy. We felt safe and secure in her clean and open spaces. Thank you so very much! We plan to stay here again.

Comfy place. Neat and clean.

Nice place that was neat clean and comfortable. Easy access and the location was a quick Uber to everywhere we wanted to go. Good communication throughout and very accommodating. Neighbor was a little messy but neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The home was clean and tastefully updated. Located in an area that was central to many locations. East access to expressways. Host was wonderful to communicate with and a pleasure to talk to. Would definitely rent again.
