OCCUPANCY LIMIT 12 - NO PETS - LIMIT OF 4 CARS!! LIMIT OF 4 OCCASIONAL DAY GUESTS!! Nicely appointed four bedroom shorefront home with lots of room for everyone to enjoy lakefront vacationing! Living room with fireplace and wall of windows overlooking the lake. Fully applianced kitchen. First floor bedroom, bath with tub/shower and laundry. Second floor has three additional bedrooms, full bath w/custom shower, plus an additional bonus room with pool table, TV and additional sleeping. Great place for the kids to hang out in the evenings. Lovely outdoor pavilion on water side. Cleaning fee. Please abide by occupancy/guest/parking limits! (See below for location map) THE SANDBAR CAN GET BUSY WITH BOAT TRAFFIC. MORE SO ON THE WEEKENDS.


Waterfront/Lot Description: Level lot with short retaining wall at shore. Nice sandy beach with sand bar and open water beyond. Size of beach depends on the level of the lake. Dock and mooring. Maximum parking limit of 4 cars.
Bedrooms: Four Plus Additional Sleeping. 1st Floor: 1 Queen. 2nd Floor: 1 W/2 Queens; 1w/2 Doubles; 1w/Double; Plus Large Open Room W/Double Futon, Pool Table, And Large TV. Linens and Towels Not Provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)

Camp sandbar was absolutely beautiful. The location was a lot of fun- right at the mouth of the Songo River headed to the main lake. There is a lot of boat traffic on the weekend but we enjoyed the action. Our kids loved swimming across the channel to the sandbar and lounging in the shallow water in the lake until it got dark! The house was very clean and set up in a way that gave 10 people plenty of space. There’s a great entertainment room upstairs; a large outdoor patio; fire pit; and water toys. Close proximity to Naples which was nice for ice cream stops at night. Also close to town for grocery shopping, etc. The rental agency was very responsive. You can rent linens but we brought our own - there’s a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed this vacation!!

Great week on Sebago

A great stay. The house was great and the access to the lake incredible. The sandbar out front is full of boats on weekends but not loud at all and a great experience to walk so far into the water on the far side. Tremendous for kids. - even our 3 20 something’s. Todd and his team were responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would gladly rent again

The house is very nice, we enjoyed the large patio and the outdoor dining space. We enjoyed the kayaks and the paddle board. We did not enjoy the continuous boat traffic going by the dock, I had to worry about the kids swimming. I found all of the boats pulling up to the sandbar very noisy.

Perfect Spot!

We really enjoyed the week at the Sandbar! The house was clean and we had plenty of space for 11 of us (6 Adults, 3 Teen's and 2 under 3yo). The sandy beach area, dock for the boat and access to the lake were perfect.

Perfect Family Vacation

Fun for the whole family...swimming, boating, floating to the sandbar, yard games, reading! The home is even nicer than the pictures and well-stocked with conveniences. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the patio, yard, fireplace and mealtime at the gazebo. The location also offers many conveniences and activities nearby. We'll be back! Thank you.

Amazing view

This property was everything and more. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is amazing. The neighbors are very nice and welcoming. Great fishing spot or even to hang out on the beach and relax. Great for kids!

Loved the property, but the rental company... ehh not so much

Loved the property but dealing with the rental company was difficult from start, not helpful before we even got there. We couldn't get the cable at the house to work when we arrived, we called the rental company and was given the local cable company's number and told we had to call and get it fixed our selves. Took time on our first day to get it fixed given we had no account info. Was unfortunate.
