Stately two-story colonial minutes from Augusta National is perfect for housing and entertaining your clientele. The downstairs opens into a large formal dining area with seating for 8. Need to keep in touch with work? Our executive's office has a 50" smart tv with apple/android airplay, 2-30" monitors, wireless printer and wifi speakers. This office has the finest of details inside and out. Walk thru the office into a luxurious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and another 65" smart tv. The living room opens to a private patio with access to the pool and private yard, has seating for 6 and is a perfect spot for a good cigar to take in the Augusta night. Leading thru the living room and dining room is a chef's kitchen with seating for 8, top-of-the-line stainless appliances, smart TV, wifi speakers, Keurig coffee maker, Jenn Air gas burners, a Pantry and plenty of glassware/cookware/silverware for hosting parties. A beautiful half bath is located off the kitchen hallway. This hallway also has a private staircase that leads to the Movie theater located on the second floor. The hallway also has access to both patios and our wonderful outdoor entertaining area which includes a large pool, patio seating, gas grill and a secluded large side area. Upstairs has four large bedrooms with MBR suite/jacuzzi tub, 1 full bath and 1 jack and jill bath. All bedrooms include 50"-65" smart TV's and Amazon Alexa speakers in every room. Laundry room with Washer and Dryer is adjacent to bedrooms. Butter up some popcorn and grab a cold one in our movie room with theatre seating for 6 that has an 86" smart tv and an additional 150" projector screen with built in surround sound, gaming consoles, popcorn maker, and two wine/beer/soda refrigerator's. A private staircase off the theatre room leads down to another 1/2 bath and the kitchen. A private driveway that has plenty of parking and on a quiet street Located in Northwood, a private HOA community designed in cul-de-sac neighborhoods. Less than 1/2 mile from downtown Evans with dining, parks, shopping, golf courses and plenty of amenities to keep you busy. Maid service can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was like staying in our own private hotel. So many little details - various coffee flavors, bottles of wine, snacks left in baskets in every bedroom, plenty of towels, and even extra toiletries in case we needed something. It was the perfect rental for a week at The Masters. Thanks so much! We hope to be back!
