Amazing stay in Big Canoe!

The house was close to the main gate, amazing views, hot tub was awesome, and house was so clean and comfortable!

The house was beautiful and as advertised. Very nicely furnished.There are several things that need attention. The pots and pans need updating, need more glasses and cups, need large bowls and mixing bowls. labels on the numerous light switches would be helpful and directions on how to work the TV's (for us older less techy folks).

I love this home

Always a wonderful time at this property the home is perfect - the manger company is difficult to communicate with but the property is so fantastic it over rides any hiccups !

This house is large and in a great location, but it needs some attention and maintenance. - Master bed mattress is too soft and has a serious dip on one side.- Door to outside on lower level doesn't lock.- Rugs and furniture have stains. The kitchen chairs in particular are too gross to use. The rugs need vacuuming.- Chairs at kitchen counter are too short to reach the counter.- Outdoor furniture and rugs are badly stained and mildewed. The deck also needs pressure washing.- The screened-in porch is dusty and dank. - The light switches are dirty, doors and walls need touch ups.- The fridge runs very loud. It needs attention. The ice dispenser doesn't work.- The griddle on the stovetop doesn't work.- The master bathroom toilet runs continuously and loudly. It needs a valve replacement. - Several bulbs out around the house. One of the remotes needs new batteries.We reached out to the property manager to report these things but got no response.The amenities at Big Canoe were top notch. We played golf and pickleball, used the gym, went on a hike, rented a boat and went fishing, and ate at the restaurant. It was not crowded, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back to Big Canoe, just not this house.

Great Home - Fort Knox Check In

Great House with view. A few minor things to note, bar stools don’t match counter height so very awkward to sit in. Ice maker didn’t work. Entry was thru garage and not front door and check in process to rent the place was rather excessive.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view! 2n year in a row looking forward to many more stays!

We very much enjoyed our stay with our children and two lil grands. Perfect location as well as the perfect sized home- great layout to accommodate a multi family stay! There were many light bulbs out and dead batteries in remotes but those are all a simple fix! **We very much enjoyed our stay and our visits to Burt’s pumpkin patch bj reece apple orchard the dawsonville outlets an afternoon in Dahlonega - the evenings cooking in at the house and a Sunday brunch at the club house! Highly recommend a stay in Big Canoe! 🍁🍂
