This spacious home is perfect for extended families or small groups. The first floor has an open living space with a wet bar and flat-screen tv making it perfect for game days or cozy movie nights around the wood-burning fireplace. The large kitchen is ideal for any chef with double ovens, a center island, and more than enough room to create a masterpiece. This home has two dining areas that create the perfect space for entertaining and those large family get-togethers. A convenient 3/4 bathroom can also be found on the first floor.

The large open back yard is perfect for kids and families to play outside. Kids can enjoy snow play right outside the back door. Build a snowman, slide down the hill or make snow angels with your kids without having to leave your comfy lodge.

On the second floor, you will find a game area with a foosball table that overlooks the living area. In the right wing of the home, you will find an additional tv/media room with a flat-screen tv and a queen sofa sleeper. Off of the media room, you will find four guest bedrooms. The first is perfect for kids with two twin beds. The next two rooms both feature queen beds with walk-in closets, and the last has a king-size bed. All of these rooms have easy access to the full bathroom with Jack & Jill sinks and a closed-off full shower tub combo.

In the left wing of the home, you will find the large primary bedroom with a king bed, two large walk-in closets, and a large ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. This area also has an office space with two dedicated work zones and access to the laundry area with a front load washer and dryer.

Included with your short term rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

A monthly rental in Tahoe Donner may be eligible for access to select HOA amenities (see details below). Please note that amenity access is not guaranteed and is subject to HOA policies, availability, and applicable fees. 4. This home is located in an area with the potential for a very high snow load. 4WD/AWD with snow tires or chains required during the winter months.
5. The gas grill is only available during the summer months.
6. Please note: The floor plan indicates a large empty room on the main floor adjacent to the full bath. That room is locked and not available to guests.
7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
