Home was clean. Parking was gated. The walk to broadway was easy but if you are not a walker it is up hill going back to the house. The home was good place to stay.

Very close to Broadway. First floor townhouse which was convenient. We didn't use the free parking but if you needed that it is a huge benefit since parking is very limited and expensive.

What a great place to stay!! Within walking distance to Broadway and free parking. The townhouse has everything you could need. I loved that they have a shoe holder in the half bath with items you may have forgotten, razors, toothpaste etc. What a great idea!! The host provided great correspondence before during and after our stay. Highly recommend, we will stay here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was super convenient to Broadway, which was nice since we were there to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday! We also appreciated all the little extras the host furnishes the property with. I might have to get one of those Pac-man/Galaga machines! Beyond real estate, we’re huge Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans fans—you’ll often find us at games or snagging last-minute concert tickets to see our favorite artists. Music is a big part of our lives, and we love discovering new spots around town.
