Two Bedroom/one bath upstairs apartment with option of pull out couch bed. Less than a mile from AT&T stadium. Minutes from Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Globe Life Stadium, Texas Live. Entire apartment is for guests and offers an affordable, clean, and relaxing place to stay. Full kitchen with basic pans/utensils provided. Smart TV (no cable) allows you to enjoy your favorite shows via your Netflix or Hulu account. Apartment is upstairs and is accessible by one flight of stairs.

Check in is after 4pm, check out is 11am.

We will send all details including keypad code on day of check in at noon.
Wifi included.

Private parking available for two normal size cars in our lot off the street. Please ask prior to bringing additional vehicles, trailers, or moving trucks to ensure we have room to accomodate.

Our property is located less than one mile west of the AT&T stadium in an older neighborhood that locals are working to renovate. Please review the location prior to booking to ensure it fits your needs. We are within minutes of many attractions and University of Texas at Arlington.

Potential for noise due to being in the middle of a busy neighborhood in the metroplex - potential to hear other tenants as this is an apartment building. We do not allow pets, smoking, or drugs at any time. No events.

Great spot for what we needed

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location and was a really good price. I’d definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in the Arlington area.

Convenient location for AT&T Stadium

This was a great location close to AT&T stadium. The accommodations were minimal but just what we needed, a place to sleep close to the stadium. Short drive to other restaurants and shopping. Not far from Grand Prairie outlets. The whole property is sectioned into little apartments. You can hear when another guest turns on the water in another apartment. Internet was spotty, went in and out but we did not spend much time in the place. If I was going back for another even at one of the sporting venues there, I would stay again.

What we needed

Bed were comfortable and hospitality was nice there was a mishap with the cleaning but it was remedied and they were so kind. There are some kitchenware but if you need a skillet makenaure you bring one! We had a great time and would recommend thks to others

We were making a trip to the DFW area for a family vacation with our primary activity was taking in a couple of Texas Ranger baseball games. The location of this unit was great for that purpose! It is a very easy drive to Globe Life field or AT&T stadium. We never felt unsafe in that area of Arlington and the parking was sufficient. The unit was very clean and the hosts accommodated our needs in regards to some additional supplies with our staying a week. The couch pull out bed worked for one of our sons, but I don’t think it would work for a couple. Honestly, I think this place accommodates 4-5 people maximum. That being said, the unit is very basic with minimal furniture and kitchen supplies. One bedroom had a small lamp while the other bedroom and living room did not. The kitchen did have pots and pans, but did not have any bakeware, can opener, or toaster. We purchased a pizza pan to use for baking pizza, making toast and etc. The only other issue is that the apartment has window units for the AC. They work well, but are a bit louder. All in all, if you want an affordable place close to those stadiums- that is clean-this place may be perfect for you. We would stay here again, but would bring additional supplies to accommodate our stay.

It was cheaper than the rest, had a working lock on the door, and the mattresses were comfortable. That's pretty much all the good I have to say about it. There was standing water in the back bedroom. There is water damage to the floors and wall in that spot.This is clearly a regular problem. You can see in the pictures that there's severe water damage in this spot. There was no mop, so we cleaned up with one of the five towels that we had. They gave us one towel each, so if it's raining plan on sharing towels.The Internet did not work until right before we left. The owner provided one sheet per bed. There were fitted sheets on the two mattresses, and a flat sheet for the couch. The pillows were also incredibly flat. Make sure to bring your own pillow. And possibly your own sheets. There was no lamp in the back bedroom. I'm not a big fan of stumbling to the dark in a strange place, but I guess it is what it is.The owner will not respond to messages between 8 and 8. So, if you have a problem like standing water or no internet, you're on your own.

Visit to Texas

Overall it was a decent place, a few minor issues but the owner was very quick to respond to any issues. A bit over priced for the quality of apartment but the location was good.
