Welcome to RR18, this house is a reminder of what a true classic Black Butte Home is like. Rock Ridge 18 has 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom attached. Downstairs you will find the kitchen with an attached dining room, and a large and open living room, there is also a desk in the corner of the room for any of your remote working needs. Down the hall from the living room are two Master suites with King beds. As you head upstairs you will find a cozy loft area, with couches and a tv, a perfect space for the kids. There are two bedrooms upstairs, the first has a Queen bed and a twin bed, and the second room has two large bunk beds. BBQ with the family on the large deck out the back slider door, and a enjoy the view and privacy of the National Forest.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2026: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to 13.5% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.
