We recently stayed at this lovely villa in a quiet residential part of Sa Coma. Within easy reach of the beach, bars and shops, the villa is very comfortable with excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms. Communication with the agent was easy and Maria, the lady who met us was so helpful.A second set of keys would have been very useful, with two families staying together, one set proved a bit tricky on times.Would definitely recommend this villa for a family looking for a quieter setting.

Property was exactly as described - Maria the host was lovely and very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Air con in bedrooms worked like a dream tho rest of villa was exceptionally hot but we knew that there was no air con in main living space, so no complaints. Pool was great and the outdoor toilet a bonus. Garden area was pretty and private. Location of villa is excellent for supermarkets and restaurants. All in all great stay.

Great location and pool area

Great location, less than 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to restaurants and small supermarket, 10 min walk to a large supermarket. Awesome pool and pool area. Super nice balcony for eating and socializing. Air condition in all three bedrooms. Room for 3 cars on driveway. Not the newest standard but clean and nice. Kitchen kind of small but there’s room for two people cooking at the same time.

This is a fabulous property. The pool is superb and the house is very clean. We gave visited before and came back as they now have air conditioning in yhe bedrooms. Only loses one star as it does state rustic kitchen but we came 3 years ago and it was rustic then but is seriously in need of an upgrade. The hinges to the cupboards are just about hanging on and the drawers dont close evenly. The cooker is also very old and several times tripped the electricity fuses. As long as you go with those things in mind you will thoroughly enjoy your stay.

Lovely villa, relaxing stay

Stayed here 2 weeks , Maria met us following day as arrived late, lovely lady showed us round and explained everything though communication was difficult as my Spanish needs drastic work and Maria spoke mainly Spanish. House spotlessly clean on entry, lovely pool area, close to the beach maybe 500m and very near to 3 spars for little very basic shops but go to carrefour maybe 10 fifteen minutes walk for choice as have everything there. On leaving property Maria very helpful again when we forgot bag with passports she found it in villa and waited for us to return from airport to collect, so very grateful just managed to catch our flight.

Great villa with everything you'll need.

We spent a lovely relaxing fortnight at the villa. Yes it's dated, and yes the bathrooms would benefit from being modernised but it had everything we needed and we grew to love it.The outside areas are great, the pool was a godsend and someone came round twice a week to check the levels and clean it. You aren't overlooked at all which made a nice change. We even had our own lemon trees which were used in our G&T's. The toilet round the pool was a nice little touch and saved a trip upstairs to the bathroom. The villa was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. It can get very warm in there though if you're daft enough to cook, like we did a couple of evenings and the oven seems to go from warm to a furnace in no time at all. The terrace was a lovely spot to eat lunch and dinner and was shaded from midafternoon. The wifi was sufficient for our needs. We paid extra for the aircon, its in all 3 bedrooms and we couldn't have coped without it. In my opinion it was worth paying extra for. Location was great. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. You could also walk to the nearest supermarket although we had a car which made life a lot easier. The beach is busy but the sea is fantastic, clear, shallow and warm.Maria was brilliant. Her english isn't the best but probably better than my Spanish! At one point we had a plumbing issue, nobodies fault but Maria and the plumbers went out of thier way to sort it, so we couldn't complain. We would return.

Ligging, heel goed .Woongedeelte goed.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
