Welcome to Falls Paradise! - One BR Suite W A/C

After over a year of searching for the perfect rental home, we found this amazing one bedroom suite in 2021. What makes this suite great is that it is in walking distance to popular places like Front Street and The Sheraton Hotel. Come enjoy this great one bedroom suite with a back yard/back porch, 2 big screen smart tv's with cable, and some extra amenities that help your enjoy the Falls even more.

The space

We have tried to think of everything you will need while you're on vacation. Here's what people say they love most about this home:

-This home has a stair case upon entering the unit if any guest has bad knees, etc.
-Currently no dishwasher appliance (there is a nice dish rack if you don't mind washing dishes or use the dishes)

Sweet upper apartment, walkable to downtown, great property manager who was very responsive, just wish the kitchen had some basics like oil, spices, steamer.

Easy fixes to 5 stars- Slightly inaccurate listing

On the positive, the apartment is nicely decorated and very clean; the bed is very comfortable and we had plenty of towels. However the listing stated that it had soaps and shampoo- we came in off a long drive to find no hand soap; nor was there any shampoo or bar soap. The “fully stocked” kitchen had exactly 2 butter knives, very few plates and glasses. Expect to hand wash everything so that you have enough. There were also wine glasses but no corkscrew; absolutely no pantry basics except a salt and pepper shaker; no storage containers or plastic wrap. On the positive, I liked the tea kettle, toaster, microwave etc and there was an impressive collection of sharp knives. The worst problem was the toilet- it barely flushed a single sheet of TP. Fortunately there was a plunger handy. Unfortunately it inverted each time it was plunged, and had to be returned to starting shape for the next plunge. I gave up. Hubby worked on it for about 15 minutes and finally it cleared, and then the shower drained better too. There is a magnet for a drain clearing company on the fridge, so I expect this is a recurrent issue. The ad said on site parking, but the driveway leads to a garage apartment. There is parking on the opposite side of the street, be sure to park the the right way (the nice lady in the first floor apartment came out to tell us at midnight that we were the wrong direction, thanks). I asked the manager to contact me twice but got no response. Easy fixes, then 5 sta

Hiking getaway

This was a great location for a hiking trip to Cuyahoga Falls NP. The downtown was easily walk-able with lots of restaurants to choose from

Blossom Concert Trip

My partner and I stayed at this Vrbo earlier this summer to catch a concert at Blossom and it was great! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is just a few side streets and a stoplight or two to local restaurants and the highway if you're driving into the city. Will definitely be looking at this location for future summer concerts :)

Functional

The apartment interior is clean and matches the pictures. Bedroom was clean. The Fridge was empty and clean inside, yet very dirty on the outside. The AC units were good to have for the heat, yet very loud and required many electrical cords to run along the floors. The exterior was more concerning. The neighborhood was less to be desired, the entrance to the apartment had an automatic lock, although the wood around the lock is missing- making it feel unsafe. There is not really off street parking, unless you are willing to be blocked in by others. The back entrance to the apartment is a rooftop entrance, and the wood at the top of the steps is rotting and shingles are peeling- and needs to be replaced. Overall, it was close to Cuyhoga NP which was our goal.

Pleasant Stay

The property doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the unit was stylish and clean inside. Jeremy was good to work with and the space was within walking distance of the downtown area. The window air conditioners were loud but kept the space comfortable. Overall, it was a nice place to stay while we visited the area.

Not again

The dead bolts on both the outside entrance and the unit were brkoen and non functional. The bedding for the pull out couch was not found until the time we were leaving as it was kept outside in a plastic bin in the backyard next to the trash cans. Really!? I couldn't contact owner as no contact information in unit and my app was not working. I tried to contact vrbo directly, no luck there either. Was miserable

Clean & Cozy suite

The suite was as pictured and described. The bed linens and down comforter was so soft and the mattress firm but soft. Slept great!! I enjoyed the bright decor and colors. Excellent 70” tv and was happy to have HBO Max + cable. The heating system worked well although maybe add a small one to the bedroom. Bathroom was clean but very small and tight space between toilet and tub. Overall really enjoyed myself!

Location Location Location

Very modern inside with all the right amenities plus some. Excellent location to enjoy downtown Cuyahoga falls, nearby hiking and Blossom Music Center while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Place was overall very clean but one blanket had burn marks (???) on it and we had trouble with the toilet not flushing properly. Jeremy was very responsive to the issue but it was definitely an inconvenience. That being said, I would stay here again for sure.

Adorable!

From the outside, we initially were not impressed but from the moment we opened the door and walked upstairs that quickly changed! Plenty of space for 4 adults, beautifully decorated, and had nice touches to make it a great and comfortable stay! Close to everything and owner is super communicative! I would stay here again and recommend to others.

2 nights for HOF game

Quick stay. Exterior curb appeal isn't amazing but it was nice and clean, we felt safe, and it was in a great location near local bars/restaurants and an easy Lyft to Canton for a visit to Football Hall of Fame. We would stay here again for sure.
