Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath single home, minutes from the lake, ready for you to relax and make great memories. As you arrive you will notice the large RV/Boat garage parking. The home is located on the south side of Lake Havasu close to markets and the Downtown Havasu area where there are great restaurants. We welcome your fur family upon approval with an additional pet fee.

Wonderful house & great location

Newly painted house in nice quiet neighborhood just minutes away from Bashas market, AZ Auto Spa car wash and Montana's Steak House. This is one of the few houses with access to an RV garage. So nice to access your RV or trailer in the evening under lights! The Riviera Marine facility is just a couple miles down US Route 95. Property manager was always available for a quick answer or suggestion. We enjoy the house so much we keep coming back!

Havasu getaway

The home is in a nice neighborhood. It's about a 15 minute drive to restaurants, stores etc. The back yard is rock/gravel. It has a nice covered patio and barbeque. (No hot tub).The TV's are streaming only. No local stations or cable. We enjoyed movies. Nicole is great. don't

Great location with friendly neighbors!

This is our second stay and we have two more weeks reserved. We've enjoyed talking to the neighbors across the street and to the left. Just over a mile to a very big and complete grocery store Bashas. Across the street from the grocery is our favorite car wash. Oh back to the house! It's appointed with new appliances and appears to be newly remodeled. A very nice and quiet place to stay!

Still Summer in September

My wife and I booked this weekend for the Lake Havasu Nordic Boat Regatta. This cheerful 3 bedroom home was just what we needed. My biggest had to have was an RV garage and this house provided just what I needed. Of course it rained the last night and I didn’t have to stress about my boat being exposed to the weather. Perfect! Nicole the host was great! Great communication! We would definitely stay again for sure!

Absolutely Perfect

We were traveling with our fur baby and boat in tow. and could not have had a more perfect location or layout. The place was immaculate; grounds and home. It had everything we needed as far as linens towels, and it also had all newer appliances too! The RV garage was large enough to park the truck WITH the boat still hooked up inside. We were 15 minutes from the garage to being on the water. Sara Park was a gem. Beautiful dog park and we hiked on 3 different days. Again, location, location, location!!! We hope it’s available again next year as we fell in love with Havasu and the property!

House was just as expected. Nice backyard for my Goldie. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Great and timely response from the host. Would stay here again as it’s very reasonably priced.

Great Spot close to new Riviera Launch ramp

We loved how neat and tidy this property was, Beds were comfortable, and great set up for our family of 5. We loved that our two puppies could join us and had a backyard to run around in. Having access to the RV garage was a bonus as it rained the day we arrived.

Lake Havasu w/boat garage

Great support from property manager. Full use of garage and boat garage huge bonus . Fantastic neighborhood and neighbors. Very quiet area . Large back yard and great for provided corn hole . Ping pong table in the garage, full washer and dryer. Very comfy beds . This is a gem and very clean . Tile floors throughout . We stayed for a week and hope to stay here again. Too easy 😊

Friendly, clean and excellent communication.

Friendly host, very clean environment, easy access, great spot and great communication the entire stay. Would love to recommend to leave guests k-cups for the Kuerig for at least one day, bigger kitchen towels and outdoor patio seating. Again, thanks for a great stay!
