The place is exactly like the pictures. Great kitchen, space for lounging/watching big screen tv, beautiful bathrooms, and two bedrooms. Rare that a place lives up to all expectations!

Great Home in Newport Beach

I stayed here to play in the Hoag Classic golf tournament at the Newport Beach Country Club. This home is incredibly close to the Fashion Island mall area and the golf course so it was absolutely perfect for me. The home was immaculately clean, the bathrooms were new and modern and it was nice and quiet at night making for a great night sleep. For breakfast I walked out of the home onto PCH and found a bagel store steps away. Great restaurants are all nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Apartment In The Heart Of The City

Unit had a great location, outdoor space, and very clean inside. Minutes walk to the beach and several restaurants nearby. Property manager was super responsive and helpful with all questions. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Ideal location and great property!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and the house was awesome! Host was super responsive, everything was very clean and as described, and the location is unbeatable. 5 star ratings, no questions. I will look for other homes owned by these hosts for future trips!

Perfect stay in corona Del Mar!

We had a really great stay at this property. We were a small group of three, and it was the perfect size. Really well designed with contemporary finishes. Pics and description are spot on. Both bedrooms have comfy queen size beds, and each a bathroom (primary is en suite and also has a soaker tub). The house had everything we needed (including sonos speakers) and kitchen was well stocked. There’s also a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry. We enjoyed opening up the patio doors and hanging out on the front patio with a cocktail around the fire pit. There’s also a propane grill which we didn’t use. Neighborhood is super quiet and while close to PCH we never heard any traffic. Location is great and very walkable. The whole process of check in and check out was very efficient and hosts were quick to respond to any questions before and during the stay. Highly recommend this place!

Douglas and I cohost a handful of properties and interestingly, have lived in most of the homes we purchased before making them vacation rentals. We are both from the Pacific Northwest but met in Orange County in 2018 where we worked and lived. One of our many hobbies is providing/ managing short term vacation rentals so when we got married, we simply consolidated our properties and trade secrets to optimize the service under one roof. Otherwise, we do work 9-5 pm in the medical field and we travel often for both leisure and business.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is great for small families and or just a couple, traveling and working remotely. Since the onset of the pandemic, we realized people really rather be close to the beach if they can so we made sure the property has amenities to fulfill that need. Work area and reliable wifi. What I LOVE about this property is the design of the indoor / outdoor space with the big closet folding patio doors so you can be working all day inside on the kitchen island but yet, feel like you are outside the whole time. The landscape was one of my joys because I have went out and acquire my favorite plants/ foliage/ succulents that bring on colors and a variety of texture. And plenty of fruit trees so you have citrus for the mixed drinks.

This property is super close to everything. You really don't need to drive anywhere once you are here. This is a 2 unit property so you do have a neighbor in the back but the only thing you share is the carport and the common side walk way. This neighborhood is quiet and family oriented and everyone is nice and cordial. However, we do ask you and your guests to comply with city's noise ordinance rules as homes are close to each other and noise do travel. But otherwise, everyone is relatively friendly and "chill".
