Adorable Beach house--2min walk to Beach!🏝

This is an ADORABLE beach house, located just 2min walking distance to the beach! It is in Sandy Shores subdivision, the most sought out, family-friendly and quiet subdivision. It is cozy yet spacious for the perfect get away! You'll fall in love the minute you walk in!

It is fully stocked and furnished. You will arrive to beds made and towels in the cabinets for use during your stay. The subdivision has direct access to the beach. Vehicles are allowed on the beach with pass. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. Enjoy the local cuisine or cook up something special on the BBQ pit. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities. In the evening enjoy the beautiful sunset from the top balcony!

***WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING***

All food and drinks, paper goods (paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper), trash bags, towels, wash cloths, all personal items, laundry detergent, fabric softener, umbrella or canopy and chairs for the beach, drink koozies, wagon, sunscreen, insect repellent, first aid items charcoal and light fluid.

***NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE***

Please limit smoking to the downstairs outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

***Rentals are for family groups only (25+ years of age)***
No prom, spring break or graduation parties allowed.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- Rates are based on sleeping capacity.
In order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please do not bring more people than the beach house sleeps. The maximum number of guests is limited to 11. An additional charge of $25.00 per person per night for guests in addition to (11) will be assessed and will only be allowed with prior approval. Overcrowding could result in a loss of your deposit.

Renter is responsible for all damages caused by renters and/or guests.


***CLEAN-UP ON DEPARTURE***
Leave the house as close as possible to the condition you found it in when you arrived. Please refer to the Beach Rules frame posted on the wall.

***CANCELLATIONS***
30 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will receive 100 % full refund. Cancellations 14 days prior to stay will receive 50% refund. Stays less than 14 days will receive no refund.

Check in was simple, location to the beach access was close, neighborhood was great. The size of the common area was much larger than expect, which was great for gathering. The house was fully stocked with everything needed. The only thing I would have to say is the mattresses could use some updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this house again!

Nice house, neighbors were not nice down the street. The next door neighbors were very friendly.

Beach is about a 5 minute walk or more definitely not 2 minutes from the property.

Weekend Stay

Came in on Friday and left on Sunday. Was only at the house to sleep. House was clean. Had drop down ceilings which was unexpected. Was a little turned off with the checkout process as it required me to strip the bed and start the washing machine. Had to clean the bathroom as well. Then take pictures of each room and send to the property contact. Not sure why I had to pay a cleaning fee while I had to do a lot of the work. As it was nice to have somewhere to sleep, I don’t feel that the amount paid met the conditions.

This cabin is very comfortable and in a very nice neighborhood. It is an older cabin but everything works and is close to the beach and restaurants.

Very Cozy

The beach is very cozy and great for families. It’s not fancy, but very beachy and has everything you may need to reboot after a day in the sun. I highly recommend a golf cart rental to zip past the two minute walk to the beach. Also it super fun. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and close to all things the town has to offer. We only had three in our group, but there’s lots of room for a bigger family. Check in was easy and clean up was not too bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this spot again.

Clean , cozy , functional and not fussy

Perfect place for a family with lots of kids who don’t want to worry about overly decorated spaces and breakables. Large couches and beds with lots of space for cozy lounging , conversation , and hanging out.

It was ok. Was not that clean. Heavy dust on cabinets by sink. Bathroom toilet paper holder super dirty. Floor had alot of sand. Like it had not been sweep. Over all it was ok.

Perfect home for a family vacation

This was my families first time staying in a beach house. Robyn made our first experience nothing short of perfect. The house is super cute and had everything we needed for the weekend. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have the perfect weekend on the beach.

Beachy feel

Beautiful home, very nice and prompt host. A few recommendations for future stayers. If you are taking kids to the beach with sand toys etc, make sure you have a wagon, due to the walk to the beach. Also maybe look into renting a side by side, (definitely a walk to the beach) The home has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Very pleased!!! Thanks again!

This is the 3rd year for having a family beach vacation at Crystal Beach. The size of the house worked good for us this year, the house was very close to the beach. A great time was had for all of us.
