The Charm House is across the street from Bell Buckle's huge town's antique mall, Livery Stable, & Bell Buckle’s event pavilion where the local farmers market takes place, and so many town events. You get front door access to it all! You are walking distance to our famous Bell Buckle Cafe, the WEBB school, Bell Buckle Banquet Hall, shopping, and more!

It was great! Close to Bell Buckle Cafe - our favorite place so convenient to walk! Good community and communication with host. The train runs a lot but not bad!

Basketball Tournament at Webb School

Perfect location in Bell Buckle to stay for a basketball tournament or anything else at Webb School. It is an 8 minute walk or a 1 minute car ride to Webb.

The location is great. It was adequately stocked in the kitchen. The bedrooms are crowded with a lot of big, bulky furniture, but the beds were comfortable.

Comfy and felt like home. Beds are really comfortable. kitchen well appointed. Adorable little town that you can walk to from the house. Eat alley BBQ nearby! Yum!

Southern Comfort and Charm

This property is perfect for anyone visiting family in the Bell Buckle TN area. So much room to have family over for dinner, and to hang out. Comfy beds, a great living room with comfortable seating for all. Wonderful outside seating under the carport. All the comforts and charm of home. We love staying here. You can walk to main street where all the shops and eating establishments are located. We will be staying again next year.

Charming & Cozy

Southern Charm everywhere throughout the home. We were there for the Webb School first week of school and wanted to stay close by. We’ve been visiting Bell Buckle since 2019 and this home was the perfect place for us. Location is great, steps to downtown and very quiet. Even though the train came by it was peaceful.

Wedding weekend perfection

We chose this location because my son’s wedding was literally across the street and I had family meet here from Knoxville and Dallas, TX. It was the perfect location and easily accessible for my parents. We cooked breakfast and together around the table, all got ready with plenty of mirror space, walked back and forth on wedding day as needed, even ironed suit pants! Beds were comfortable, decor was welcoming, it was the ideal place for us!

Great Graduation Stay!

Fantastic place to stay while attending Webb’s graduation. We had a small family gathering outdoors—the back patio was great and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed!

In town for a wedding

We came with family young & older, for a wedding close by. We thoroughly our time in Bell Buckle, TN. It was our first visit. The restaurants (2. I think 3 if you count the gas station) were yummy. The shops were so cute. The kids loved the model train center next door on Saturday! Southern Charm Guest House was just perfect for our needs! Very clean. Extra amentities, plenty of toilet paper, soap, dishes & dish soap.

The property is located directly near everything that you would need in town, has all the amenities of home, and very clean. We plan to stay here again soon!

Graduation weekend
