Enjoy this cute home at the heart of Middle Tennessee. This 1,100 sq. foot home is fully furnished to make your stay comfy and boasts a full kitchen, high grade washer/dryer, and two full baths. The living room will be a place to relax as you can recline on the couch and enjoy a movie on our 60 inch TV (with Roku).

To top it off this home is close to the U.S 231 making traveling a breeze. Quickly hop on and within 5-10 min you will find groceries, shopping, restaurants, gas, and the Nearest Green Distillery (home of the original Tennessee whiskey)! And if you are wanting to experience some real country charm you can head to Downtown Bell Buckle which is only 7.8 miles away.

House was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The check-in process was easy!

The property was great for my friend and I. We stayed three nights in July 2024 and it was amazing plenty of room.

Excellent Stay

This place was great, clean, and beautiful. The amenities were excellent. It is very close to Shelbyville with a hop, skip, and a jump from the Uncle Nearest Distillery. Will stay again!

Clean and Cozy!

We enjoyed our stay. This house was located minutes from my sister and close to all thr things we wanted to do. Beds were super comfortable and made for a nice sleep! Very clean and cozy

Comfortable, clean, and in a convenient area for visiting local horse barns. Approximately 15 minutes to downtown Shelbyville, 12 minutes to Bell Buckle. Great place to stay if in the area for horse events.

Pleasant, well-kept property

My family and I came to town on short notice, and I was happy to find this property. It was clean and well-kept with what we needed to make breakfast in the morning. The area was relatively quiet (we could see cows in the pasture from the kitchen window 😊🐮), and it was only about 10 minutes from town.

Nice quaint home. Clean and comfortable. Only recommendation is that extra trash bags should be available and maybe a lil more in kitchen pots and pans. Otherwise lives it and would be willing to stay again

Horse show

This home worked well for a week long work assignment at a horse show. This home is small but clean and comfortable. All in my party thought the mattresses and couches were superb. This home is in the country, but close enough to Shelbyville for easy access. The week was very hot but the air had no problem keeping us cool.

Great location and cute home

Wonderful communication with Melissa! If any problems we had during our stay she was available and ready to take care of them. Kitchen stocked with cookware, bakeware, spices, glasses, mugs, plates and bowls. Plenty of fluffy bath towels without having to use the washer. Very comfortable beds. Be sure and visit Green Distillery, as Melissa suggested. Very interesting history on a beautiful property and 5 minutes away! The home is an country area that is very close to shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again next time we are in the area. Thanks again Melissa!

Not for sensitive noses or people on oxygen

The property has lovely furnishings. The smell inside the rental is horrible. There’s mold all over the outside back of the rental. Not enough towels and wash cloths for six people. Not a full roll of paper towels . Headlights at night constantly shine thru the windows along with the sounds of passing traffic. This is farm country and depending on the wind… the outside sometimes smelled worse than the inside. Temperpedic beds were comfortable, extra blankets in closet would have been nice. A small counter lamp in kitchen would have been great!!!

I am not sure why Sheila didn't communicate her needs for more towels and wash clothes (or any of the other issues). We provide 7 towels and quite a few wash clothes. We would have happily provided them with more if they needed them. There is also a washer and dryer they could have utilized if they needed them ASAP. And there were two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen and an extra one in the storage area. As for the smell, we haven't had a complaint before. Each bed has a comforter and you have full use of the thermostat to make your stay comfortable. And we haven't received any other complaints about traffic. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cozy House, Convenient Location

Nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath house conveniently located for horse show activities in Shelbyville. It was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. No problems with check in and communication with owner was great. Hope to rent this property again. It was just what we needed.

Enjoyed our stay!

We were in the area for a wedding and stayed here for a few days. It is a newly remodeled home that fit our needs well. Melissa was a super friendly host and was very responsive to our questions. Overall it was a great stay!

Close to our kids that live in Christiana. Also about an hour from Nashville. Quiet area but not super close to any shopping, etc. House seemed recently remodeled and nicely furnished.

Family get together

Melissa's place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location for easy drive to all tourist attractions and close to shopping needs. My family loved the place and we hope to be able to rent it for future get togethers.
