A CUSTOM BUILT CONTEMPORARY RANCHER at the highest point in Ocean Pines centrally located between both Ocean City and Assateague is your breath of fresh air on vacation. This very well maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bath home offers single level living with beds to accommodate 10 people, a fully equipped country kitchen with bar top, vaulted ceiling in the main room and peaceful secluded bedrooms. Outside you’ll find a deck with retractable awning and a fenced yard for privacy and protection. In addition, a lockable shed is available for your bicycles and beach toys. There is free WI-FI, a private laundry room with NEW washer/dryer and of course – CENTRAL A/C. For golfers, there are several notable courses and clubs within a 5 mile radius. Though the garage is not a shared space - there is AMPLE parking for a 20ft trailer. So bring your boat, muscle car and/or motorcycle to keep it off the roadway. For those who love the beach, parking passes for Ocean Pines Beach Club provided at no charge. The OP beach club is ocean front on 49th street. It has bathroom and shower access as well as volleyball, pool (cost per entry/day for pool use) and full service restaurant/bar to meet all your needs.

Just minutes to the beaches, yet removed from the bustle, Ocean Pines offers 4 pools, 1 indoor (cost is $8 per entry/day for pool use) and a Yacht club and Marina. NO CHARGE amenities such as a boat launch and a small sandy beach on the St. Martens River, walking and biking trails throughout the community, parks, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts and a skate park are also free to use. Nearby attractions include Ocean Downs Casino, fine dining, quality takeout, shopping/outlets, Go-Karts and Frontier Land.

The house was great, close enough to the beaches (just a 15 minute drive) but away from the craziness. The little village of Berlin was great and very close by. The house itself was terrific and had everything we needed. The owner Robyn was just great.

Close enough to the beach, golf courses and eateries. Great time with the family. Great community and the 4th of July Fireworks in the community were an addition.

Great Rental!

We had a great time in Ocean City last week, and this rental was key to our awesome experience! It was very nice, just as pictured, and equipped with everything we needed to kick back and relax. Great location in Ocean Pines, yet close enough to everything Ocean City and Ocean Gateway have to offer. Nearby shopping and dining make staying closer to “home” an option if that’s what you prefer.

As advertised. The only things that would have made it better : - if we were allowed access to the garage to put our vehicle luggage in. - if there were any paper products or soaps. There were single TP rolls for the 2 restrooms, no hand soap, no paper towels, no napkins. If we’re had a spill, we would have to use our own personal bath towels we brought. And I went out to buy 3 hand soaps which I left for the next visitors.

Customer experience is the most critical component for any stay with us. A thorough outline of accommodations and a list of items are provided online to ensure our guests are aware and prepared for their stay. Moreover, each guest is sent a customized communication to provide clarity/direction about the listing and address any questions prior to check-in. There are ample storage locations within the home (closets/under-bed) for luggage/travel items and guests have access to an outside lockable shed as well. For larger guest groups or multi-vehicle needs, there are 2 parking spaces on concrete in front of the garage, ample space off-street adjacent to the garage for additional vehicles/equipment up to a 20ft trailer. (boat, auto, bike) As potential preference or allergies regarding consumable items may exist (facial-hand-toilet paper products and soap) stocking levels are provided based on duration of stay and number of guests reported in the reservation, toilet paper is the item listed. In the event that there are circumstances requiring specific or additional hygiene products, we are fortunate to have multiple shops/stores within only minutes of the house.
