Enjoy the local shopping, fine dining, breweries, coffee shops, market days, events, a stroll along the river or just stay in and relax while you enjoy our private covered porch overlocking our beautiful quiet neighborhood with lots of majestic oak trees.

This hill country/modern style 2 bedroom, 2 bath house includes a breezy covered porch, fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, complementary snacks and drinks, pantry, dining room, TV’s with Netflix, Wi-Fi and full size washer and dryer, making it the perfect option for a longer stay, business travel or a romantic getaway! Master Bedroom with new King size bed.

Guest access:
-Guests have access to the entire Guest House with private Covered Porch.
-Guests will be given a code for the front door before arrival.
-Two parking spots are provided at the far right in front of the garage
-Please no parking in the shared driveway anytime
-Guests must provide number of vehicles along with make, model & license
plate of the vehicles.
