Premier Host!!

Located on the beautiful Sand Creek Golf course, this new-build home is in a perfect location for your visit to the lovely city of Newton. Whether you're looking for a place to stay during your golfing getaway or celebrating special times with people you love, this property is conveniently located near the best restaurants, coffee shops, and local shopping of downtown Newton, Kansas.

With your reservation during the summer (June-beginning of August), we will provide complimentary passes for each guest of Sand Creek Station House to the local Municipal Pool, totally renovated in 2021! Includes multiple water slides, climbing wall, lazy river, zero entry pool, spray pad, and diving boards! Just make a note in the comments when completing your reservation and we will have passes ready for you during your stay.

***For guests wanting to park and charge their golf cart indoors, we offer that option for an additional fee. Select the "Parking Fee" add on charge when making your reservation and send us a message to let us know you'd like access to the garage golf cart parking area so we can have that ready for you. There is room for up to 2 golf carts total. ****

The beautiful windows let the sun shine through. The house has lovely gathering areas indoors, on the patio and in the rec area. Luckily the December visit was in the 70s so we enjoyed walking the neighborhood also.

This lovely home is conveniently located adjacent to the Sand Creek Station Golf Course in a new, inviting residential neighborhood of Newton. You can also find good food and interesting shopping within easy distance of this home.
The purpose for listing on VRBO is to give those visiting the Newton area an alternative to a hotel room in a modern, but homelike atmosphere.
