Barb's Private Room/Bath/Entrance

The space
This unique place has a style all its own. Room is equipped with microwave, mini fridge, TV, laundry area, table for two and a brand new shower. The I-10 is less than two miles away which makes it an easy drive to TĂĄnger Outlet, Westgate Entertainment Center, Desert Sky Mall and much more. The Cardinals stadium is also very close by.

Room is located on the back of owners property. There are more guests on the property. Every guest has their own private entrance.

Guests have private room with private entrance on the back of the house. Parking is on driveway.

Other things to note
If there's any problem at all, like the shower temperature or extra linens, please feel free to contact us. It's incredibly easy for us to fix these problems and improve your stay.

Please do not smoke inside the room, please do so outside, there is plenty of space outside for that :)

If room is left smelly because of the use of Marijuana, there will be a fee. This is very inconvenient for the upcoming guests and also for the owner.

EVENTS/PARTIES: Please no parties.

No pets allowed please. It is incredibly hard to get rid of pet hair.

The room was clean and exactly as described in the ad. It was perfect for my needs and close to the Talking Stick Ampitheater.

Perfect for a weekend away and central to the areas visited. I went to watch spring training games at both camelback and Peoria. Uber and Lyft prices weren’t too bad. Accommodations were perfect and instructions were clear on how to check in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

Satisfactory but bare bones

Clean as a whistle. The entry code was changed after initial Email directions; not a huge deal but unneeded complication. Bed marginal, especially for two. No closet in main room and skimpy table. Best for a single. Good bargain for someone without expensive tastes. Difficult to find address and entry in darkness.

Perfect

Everything was just as shown in the listing and, the neighborhood was actually a little bit fun thanks to being able to hear all the music and celebrations that the neighbors were having. Lol Nothing too loud but very festive nonetheless. The space was great and the bathroom, as another guest mentioned, was AWESOME. My only suggestion is perhaps a book of recipes could be left in regards to the awesome smells that were coming from the main house from time to time. If needed and available, I would definitely book again.

So Accommodating!

Barbara was very communicative the entire time and was very helpful about what there was to do in the area! I needed an ironing board and iron and she delivered! I wish I could take the shower home with me! Would definitely stay again!
