We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband, and our toddler. The space was clean, well-organized, and surprisingly spaciousâeverything felt thoughtfully arranged and very comfortable. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We truly appreciated how easy and relaxing the entire experience was. Overall, it was a cozy and enjoyable stay, and weâd happily return!
The property is very secluded but was still centrally located among the activities we had planned. It was a nice spot to rest and relax after taking in the local attractions. There is an amazing video and music library. We had absolutely no cell signal, so we enjoyed the videos and cable tv. The hosts were very welcoming and responded to messages very quickly. If you're looking for a quiet place with no frills, this cabin fits the bill.
It was very clean and comfortable had a home feeling..We would book again ..Only problem it was full of ants you had to keep all food in refrigerator...
Loved being able to have our dogss with us! The host left treats for us and the dogs, was very responsive messages and questons and the property had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back!
This was the perfect get away stay for anyone who wants to unplug and rewind. Cabin was clean, and had central air, so after a hot day of hiking and sight seeing we could cool down. Fire pit, firewood, charcoal grill made the great outdoors experienced continued into the evening. If you are a back home kinda vacationer this is for you. Acres for hiking right there. Just dress for it. We were three ladies, between 60-72 and we enjoyed the White Tail Cabin.
The cabin was great !the host were wonderful and we would stay again no question!but make sure you have all of your travels in the area mapped out , because there is absolutely no Internet at all! It is a great place to stay for hunting season It has everything you need .But not a great place for kids .
Dave and I love the outdoors so this is a perfect property for us. We have 2 married kids, 2 dogs and 3 cats and 40,000 honey bees. So if you see one, don't smash it. Dave has them all named. We love to fish, read, hike, . Dave grew up in toledo and I grew up in Michigan. Don't worry, I am a buckeye fan. Dave was in the army so we lived in Indiana, Boston, Korea and New York.
This property used to be a hunting preserve, so you may notice jurassic size fences around it. We opened up the gates and let in the natives. We have seen deer, turkey, mink, foxes, raccoons, skunks rabbits and squirrels. Dave will go out to hunt but I think he enjoys watching the animals more
We have a creek babbling through, the property and a waterful that is nice after a spring rain. It also looks incredible when it is frozen, . If you would like to see it, let us know and we can provide walking directions. At night, it is country dark and the stars are amazing. There is an app to download that show the constellations if you are interested.
