Simply put - a little paradise in the middle of Cheyenne (well, the north west of it, near downtown, but you get the point, right?). Everything works. Amenities are above and beyond. For families and small groups, it’s a perfect spot.

We were thrilled with this rental! The furniture was comfortable, the decor was upscale, and it was extremely clean. Karan was very quick to respond when I couldn’t get in-great communication! A nice welcome basket with coffee, tea, and water was a treat! We look forward to staying there again.

Clean, comfortable lodging and a friendly host. I had trouble getting into the home on the second day. The host was there within a few minutes to replace a battery. It's nice to know that problems can be resolved so quickly.

Wonderful place for exploring Cheyenne area

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in this adorable, well-appointed home. It had everything we needed/wanted, was super clean, and very comfortable. Easy to get to/from downtown and areas surrounding Cheyenne. I can envision staying here again if we are back in the area.

Incredible overnight stay

This property was AMAZING! it is fully renovated but still has some eclectic original architectural touches. They even had annemities for our 2 Boston Terriers who enjoyed their stay as well! The management and the property far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay here again.

We had a major safety concern during our stay when a gas leak occurred. The host was communicative and responsive in order to get this issue addressed, however, I was out of the use of the stove for two days and inconvenienced by needing to stay onsite while both the gas company and plumber came in to conduct repairs which was a good part of one day. I’m not in property management and was on vacation. When I requested that we be comped for the inconvenience, I was told I would not be comped and that he was sorry for the inconvenience. While I understand that things happen, whilst on vacation it’s not on my itinerary to deal with a hosts property or try to figure out how to work around not having all the facilities I thought came with the property when I signed up. I feel like being put out should have been addressed by this host. Very disappointing.

We’re genuinely sorry the gas issue interrupted part of your stay — that is never the experience we want any guest to have. The moment the leak was reported, we immediately contacted Black Hills Energy and a licensed plumber. Both were dispatched the same day. We coordinated everything remotely: unlocking and locking the property as needed, granting access to the exterior and interior gas lines, and remaining in constant contact with the technicians until the repairs were completed and the gas was safely restored. The only requirement on your end was to be present for the utility company’s standard safety protocols when they arrived to shut off and later restore service — something that is unavoidable with any gas-related work for safety and regulatory reasons. There was nothing further you needed to manage or arrange. We understand that losing use of the stove for a short period and needing to remain on-site for the technicians was inconvenient, especially while on vacation. Property systems can occasionally experience unexpected issues despite regular maintenance, and this was simply unfortunate timing during your stay. We responded as quickly and thoroughly as possible under the circumstances, and the problem was fully resolved without further disruption. While we were not able to offer a refund or compensation for the inconvenience, we hope the rapid response and successful resolution demonstrate the seriousness with which we treat guest safety and comfort.

Fantastic house

This house was just perfect. I felt very safe. We were there 1 month - Right next to downtown and all the parks. Very easy stay with no issues at all. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Cheyenne!

The owner has excellent taste in decor. For the space they had everything was very thought out for things you might need. Beautiful touches from the towel basket and my favorite was their soap dispensers, etc. in the tub. Did not use but was very impressed with the whole place.

Nice place, great location!

The house was clean, beautifully decorated. Location was wonderful- within walking distance of Cheyanne Frontier days. When I booked I did not realize there was someone living in the basement of the home- heard their dog a few times and when they came in late one night. Otherwise, very nice place.

Very pleasant stay

We had no issues with our stay. The property was as pictured. I misunderstood the "refreshments" available and thought there might be more, but this was not a miscommunication on the property manager side, but on me misinterpreting. A picture of the items typically included with coffee, tea, etc might help. Also, the sofa bed/fold out couch was a little small. My 15 year old (5'4) daughter had to use the ottoman as an extension to be able to lay stretched out. It would not comfortably fit anyone taller. The labeling of the light switches was such a help. Thank you so much for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Ranae thank you for such a wonderful review and we were happy to make it a pleasant experience for you! When our cleaning staff came to refit the home, they mentioned that you did not extend the bottom of the bed out. There are two handles that were tucked under the cushion. A gentle tug pulls it out and the bottom of the bed - another two to three feet of bed - springs up into perfect alignment with the upper portion that folds down flat. We apologize for not mentioning this. We will correct this listing flaw with updated photos of the new sofa bed and also of the refreshments bowl while we’re at it.
