We had a great stay! The host was very communicative and accommodating. The location was great, directly across the street from a park that was perfect for our 3 young kids. The house had everything we needed for a quick trip and our kids loved all the games in the garage. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful

The property was so beautiful and fun and my family and I had such an amazing time together. The amenities are definitely my personal favorite and thanks to those this was the first night in a long time that all of us were very present in the moment and off our phones!

Stay in Allen

The property is as pictured. The inside is dated. The owners are very accommodating and let us have our whole family from out of state visit. This made our visit more memorable. The trash was not taken to the curb by previous users and all bins were full. Floors in the kitchen and garage game room were very sticky to walk on. House is in a nice neighborhood and location was easy to get to. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful Home! Quiet Neighborhood :)

Staying at Chase’s property was extremely convenient and smooth process from beginning to end. We had a a small get together with some of our wedding party and a few guests and Chase was very accommodating towards us and replied quickly with any/all questions we had! The space was the perfect size also, exactly as listed and in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking available! Would highly recommend for any small get togethers or girls/guys hangout. Thanks again

Wonderful Home Layout and Excellent Communication with the Host!!!

The hosts are easy to communicate with! The inside of the property has an organized layout. The backyard is also nice and the neighborhood park in front of the house is very convenient. This home was perfect for hosting a party with 20+ guests.

Great Place to Stay

This was awesome property. Just close enough to everything and just far enough away to where it was relaxing. The part across the street was great for the grandkids. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Family outing to top golf

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is located in a quiet safe neighborhood just minutes from many attractions that we visited. So much nicer for a family than hotel rooms as we were all together. The pool and ping pong tables were a big hit with our kids and the ladies enjoyed the hot tub.

this home is great me and the wife had a great time and a couple of family members came for a family dinner it was more than enough room for us to eat at the same table and it was full of all the things we needed this house has it all games, for kids and adults' nice big beds and T. V's hot tub nice back yard you have to see it for yourself me and my wife we be back and when my family come to town this is our place to be .

Howdy!

My name is Chase. I am a father of 4 wonderful boys and husband to a beautiful, AMAZING wife(Colette) of almost 20 years. OH, and now we have a dog named Ginny, too(she's a chiweenie).

I love music--ESPECIALLY piano, and my wife and I are known "foodies" in the DFW area. I own a T-shirt company in Rockwall, and I spend most of my time raising boys and working around the house.

I am an avid traveler, and frequenter of BnBs around the world.
But as a native Texan, there's nothing I love more than coming home to these endless Texas skies. So much open air to breathe and possibilities to explore!

So if we're staying with you, thank you for being a gracious and accommodating host! And if you're staying with US, I certainly hope you and yours have a wonderful stay and start your days refreshed as you Wake Up in Texas!
