Overall pleasant stay

Overall enjoyed the location, home and amenities. My only complaint was how hard the master bedroom bed was, but for folks that like a really hard bed, it will work well for them!

The house was spotless, and well decorated, located in an excellent, quiet location, close to 2 restaurants and a small market. Short walk to the beach. Loved the decks, BBQ and view of the ocean. Beds were firm but comfy. Good seating around TV for 4 people but our group of 7 was crowded. Kitchen could use additional silverware, glasses, mugs, and platters. Management was friendly, helpful and very responsive. Will definitely stay there again.

Family retreat

We had a fabulous stay at this property! It was a short walk to an amazing beach. The house was clean and absolutely beautiful!!! Plenty of room for our group. My only complaint is that it was not ready when we arrived at the set time. We had to wait an hour before we could check in which doesn’t sound like a big deal but it is when you’ve got 3 little kids you’ve got to entertain after they’ve been stuck in the car for several hours.

Family birthday celebration

What a wonderful home, the view was fantastic and we were very comfortable. 7 adults ranging from 18 to 89. Nice easy walk to a beautiful beach. Oyhut was lovely and the grounds are very well maintained. We did not have a chance to visit the grill but will next time. Note: the kitchen, living room, dining room, one bedroom and one bath are on the 3rd floor.All other rooms are on the 2nd floor. The first floor is just a landing and stairs. Be warned there are 3 flights of stairs but it's well worth it. other rooms are on the 2nd floor.

Great place with an ocean view.

Very new home with all the amenities. Get use to the stairs as there is a lot of them, but worth the view when you get to the top floor. Great location to the grill and the outdoor activities the village offers. Definitely will be back in the future.
