The home comfortably sleeps 8–10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The large kitchen features a double oven, and the spacious back deck offers plenty of room for kids to play. Have an electric vehicle? We’ve got you covered with an on-site FREE Level 2 charger.

Please Note: This home is our family’s personal cabin — we ask that you treat it with the same care as your own. Access to the Torreon Golf Course, pool, or gym or the personal garage is not provided. The property has entry stairs and may be difficult for guests with mobility challenges.

Security Cameras
For your safety, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a camera on the back patio. These face outward and do not record any interior spaces.

Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles

No street or garage parking allowed

Check-Out Instructions

Check out by 11:00 AM

Remove perishable items from the fridge (leave condiments)

Take trash to the street (Monday is trash day)

Start the dishwasher and a load of towels (pods provided)

Turn off all lights and fireplaces

Winter: set thermostat to 60° / Summer: set AC to 85°

Lock all windows and doors

Additional fees may apply if the home is left in unsatisfactory condition

House Rules:
No smoking or vaping indoors

No events or parties over 8 people

Minimum booking age: 25

Report any damages to Sarah & Dominic 480-227-3693 your damage insurance covers most issues.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $150 nonrefundable fee (please clean up after pets)

Exterior patio string lights may be used but must be turned off by 10:00 PM

Golf Course Cart Path Rules (Torreon Golf Club)
Personal golf carts, UTVs, ATVs, and e-bikes are not permitted on the golf course cart paths at any time. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine. Jogging and bicycling are also prohibited. Recreational walking is allowed only before 7:00 AM and after 7:00 PM, and walkers must yield to club carts and vehicles.
