Great stay

Walking distance to the baseball stadium and bars! Cozy, small bedroom. Beautiful, historic building. Only complaint is the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything next store and upstairs. Great communication with property manager. Would recommend !

The apartment is immaculate and extremely well cared for. It is very "homey" and I felt great there. Downtown Toledo is very clean and safe, although one gets the feeling that it is somewhat of a ghost town. Hard to find something to eat in the evening.

Cold with no kitchen

The toilet and heating unit did not work. The property manager was kind enough to allow us to use another unit, but that unit also lacked a heating unit that worked. Be aware that there is NO kitchen. It was really cold and we did not stay. We were not issued any kind of refund for our stay.

We recently stayed here to attend a concert at promenade park. Initially it was confusing with the billing because it didn’t add up to what it had said it would be & I was only supposed to pay partial and it charged me all of it at once. I had three different emails from Expedia, VRBO & the property manager. The communication however from the actual property was fantastic. The directions to check in were super easy. The location was a little sketchy at first, there was a guy in a wheelchair, who then stood up once we got our bags out, he then proceeded to start smoking weed in front of the property and was still there when we got back from the concert. He didn’t ever really bother us I guess but it was still a little uncomfortable. The place was super clean, had everything we could of needed including a map of downtown which was nice. The bed was comfy, the decor was really cute, and the walk to the park was a straight shot. I would definitely stay here for any events downtown & the parking was easy & right in front of the building which saved us having to park downtown. Overall I would definitely stay here again for the convenience and the communication with the host. This was a great place to stay.

Cute small studio but in a very bad part of town. Lots of homeless peoples directly by property.

Nicely decorated and conveniently located to many attractions including restaurants but very bad part of town infested with drunk/drug using homeless individuals.

Great Stay

It was such a beautiful place to stay!! Brought back a lot of memories of my childhood home in detroit. Would recommend. If we ever go to Toledo I would stay here again. Easy in and out. JUST LOVE THIS!

Hidden Oasis

What a lovely space. Super comfortable. Spacious. Quiet. Amazing towels! ('The best towels in the world', said my friend.) Cool furnishings. 'Class' all the way. Would definitely stay here on return trips to Toledo.

Great!!

What a treasure! We were in town to watch the Mudhens and found this gem. In walking distance and enjoyed every minute. Will definitely be back.

Fun Little Spot

We enjoyed the little apartment downtown. The locks made it feel safe along with the motion lights in the halls. Parking was easy out front. Direction to get into the vestibule in the email helped.
