Very clean and nicely appointed space. Host is friendly and helpful. Convenient location. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because there is traffic noise from time to time.

Weekend Trip

It was a great space overall. The bedroom with the twin bunkers was smaller than expected and the space where the toilet was is not plus size friendly which made using the bathroom a little difficult for three members of our family. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

In town for 25th Anniversary Celebration. This property was just what we needed: at home environment, close proximity to a shopping center (Edgewood Towne Center), and close to venue as well as family members who still live in the area. As in previous messages: driveway is narrow, however, parking was convenient. Glad property was available for us!

CMU graduation weekend

Property was exactly as described by Heidi. Easy in and out. Walkable to local grocery store(Giant Eagle) and Frick Park. Easy to use the large TV with my streaming services. Highly recommended

Lovely home but noisy

Very nice place. Meet our needs.Loved the living space and large kitchen/dining room. Bedrooms were big too. Bathroom a bit awkward but all very nice. Heidi made good use of an old house. Downsides were the train that comes through between 5-7 am which is just outside the property and lots of noise from emergency vehicles.

SHORT STAY IN PGH

The host was excellent in communication. The property is close to the city with easy access to the Parkway. Large kitchen for those who have a longer stay and wish to have meals in. All and all comfortable and cozy.

Super-spacious accommodations and lovely sun room!

Our host was amazing! She was very kind, helpful and communicative. Loved the on-site parking, too! We had a pet bird with us and we kept his cage in the sunroom where he loved looking out over the street. Thank you for a great experience!

Outside the Burgh

Nice rental outside the downtown area of Pittsburgh. Busy neighborhood but convenient to most of the main roadways in and around Pittsburgh. Clean property, comfy beds. Good time had by our group.

We had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of space for the four of us. The rooms are generous in size, comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the refreshing cool temperature when we arrived on day! Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows( we always bring our own but didn’t need to we learned) the kitchen was great, though we didn’t cook any meals it seems like we would have had all we needed to do so. We also liked that there were plenty of brochures for fun things to do in the living room for us to look at. The house is charming and well decorated! Such a beautiful old home. Check in was easy, and our host graciously answered quickly when needed. The only thing I would suggest- more light in the parking area for evening. It’s very dark behind the house where the parking spot is located. Proximity to a store for incidentals was very helpful- there is a Dollar store and a CVS across the street. We would stay again the next time we visit. Thank you, Heidi! You have a beautiful home.

Convenient, walkable neighborhood

Easy place to walk our dog. Secure off-street parking. Friendly neighbors. Convenient location in the neighborhood where we wanted to be. Clean and comfortable inside. Heidi answered all our questions promptly and clearly.

Spacious and comfortable home

Great, clean, comfortable space for our family to spread out during a quick Pittsburgh trip. Swissvale location is a close drive to everything we planned to visit. Not a “destination” neighborhood in itself but there’s an awesome soft serve spot around the block and a coffee shop within 10-15 minute walk. Convenient parking space in rear of property- as advertised, narrow driveway. Our minivan fit.

1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms, no laundry, right off the highway

This was the worst pick of places we had on tour. There are not near enough bathrooms per bedroom, there is no laundry, and the location is incredibly loud with a train nearby, as well as being directly off the highway. It's super loud at night, and the beds were so uncomfortable.

Super clean and conveniently located apartment!

SUPER clean and beautiful apartment. There was plenty of room for myself, husband, 2 small children (a 3 y/o and 5 y/o) and my parents. Heidi was very responsive and made check-in and check-out so easy. My only concern was the neighborhood was so-so and we wish there would’ve been more secure locks on all of the doors but any neighbors we saw were very nice! As others said, parking behind the place is tight and we have a minivan so it took some maneuvering. All in all, we had a great experience and were right next to the highway and shops! We’ll definitely use this place again!

Gorgeous and comfortable!

We came to Pittsburgh to visit my stepdaughter attending University of Pitt. This location was a 10 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go. The house was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. The only downside (that is not the fault of the property owner) is that we visited during a heatwave and the property is on the second floor. It took a full 24 hours of running all the A/C units to cool the house down. The owners had the units running for us when we arrived to help combat the heat. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit so we slept very comfortably. There was an issue with the Amazon fire stick that was fixed by the owners immediately. All of the furniture and linens were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with essentials. The towels and bedding were very luxurious! Similar to a 5 star hotel! The pictures do this home no justice as it is much bigger than we expected. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The neighborhood seems a little sketchy as we heard sirens throughout the stay but we never felt unsafe. The driveway is challenging but we managed to navigate my minivan in and out of it many times with no damage. There are nearby train tracks but it wasn’t so loud it woke anyone up, but you did hear the trains. We will definitely return to this property when my step daughter graduates and we visit again!!

Comfortable and attractive space

Beautifully decorated, roomy and comfortable space with free parking. We wanted to be in this neighborhood since our son lives nearby but make sure you research where you want to be. This is not a hot spot neighborhood as far as I can tell.
