Kings View is a Gulf Front 6 Bedroom Home with a 1 bedroom Carriage house in Destin featuring its own private sand path to the beach. Upon entering the home you enter the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with sweeping gulf views from all areas. One queen bedroom with private bath is located on the first floor. The second floor guests may choose between a queen bedroom with private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower, or a bedroom with a queen–over–queen bunk bed and twin trundle with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom with soaking tub and shower has access to a private balcony with incredible gulf views. The third floor offers two queen bedrooms, one with a private bath with shower/tub and one with a shared bathroom. This floor is also the home to the game room with billiards table and TV sitting area.

Separate from the home is a one bedroom carriage house with private bathroom.

Kings View guests enjoy exclusive access to Destiny Shores’ fabulous array of amenities within easy walking distance. A guest favorite is the upscale community pool framed with a lushly landscaped pool deck for catching sun rays and graced with a charming gazebo to catch the ocean breezes. A fully equipped Fitness Facility is open to guests at a club house. Destiny Shores is one of Destin's most exclusive neighborhoods, primely situated on gorgeous Scenic Gulf Drive running along the shimmering water of the gulf and begging for further exploration of local dining and shopping. The popular Victorian styled Crab Trap Restaurant at James Lee Park is nearby with pavilions and an expansive boardwalk supplying added beach access.

King's View

House was great, a little dated with some faucets that could be replaced, outdoor areas need the most work, a walk bridge would make a big difference but the kitchen was great and the AC worked great. Overall a very good experience. Location was perfect

Perfect for families

Beautiful home! Lots of kitchen space with upscale appliances, extra refrigerator for drinks, wine cooler, etc. Adults loved the gourmet coffee machine (!!), kids loved the arcade games, and beds were so comfortable.The sandy beach area below the decks was perfect for the kids to play on and all the beach toys were really appreciated! Everyone loved having the golf cart for scenic trips and the bikes were fun to take down to local bars and shops. Having a private beach area and chairs set up down at the water was awesome! Everyone loved having the outside shower, too! The grocery store and Alvin's were convenient as were many great restaurants. Would definitely love to go back again!!!!

Location is wonderful. only complaint was the ice maker machines in the house were not working. We had an air conditioning problem in the carriage house, but was addressed and fixed the same day. Kings View is wonderful for a large group, very comfortable with room to spread out. We enjoyed oiur stay!

Disappointed

Great location and walk out to the beach.Many things were broken and not working at the property. You could tell it was not well taken care of. One of the bedroom closet's was covered in mold when we arrived which was inexcusable. We were disappointed with the property and its overall state of things working and cleanliness. Would not recommend this property to others
