It is a private treasure of a sanctuary in the city, with outdoor living featuring expansive covered patio with gas grill, gas fire table and TV overlooking a gorgeous pool, spa and play-set for the kids!!
Home has a spacious open floor plan with fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, large island and walk in pantry. Kitchen is open to the dining room and living room with a large TV, fireplace and lots of comfy seating. Media room has cozy sectional seating with an 86” TV. Just outside the media room you will find an Infinity game table, where you can challenge someone to your favorite classic game, or enjoy a new one, all on a large digital touchscreen interface.
Primary bedroom is downstairs with an upscale eco-friendly king bed and a beautiful en suite featuring a walk-in shower, spa-like tub and large closets.
Downstairs also features a suite with a queen size bed.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a King size bed and attached bathroom as well as a Double Queen suite.
Need to do a little work during your stay? We have a private office to accommodate, including printer. Need a break from work check out the Echelon exercise bike.
Home features all flat screen TV’s with fast WiFi, everything you need for work and play! Adult and kid friendly home.
Close to Utica Square for great shopping and dining experiences. Also nearby is the amazing Gathering Place, where you can spend the day meandering through the natural beauty, visit museums and enjoy all kinds of culinary delights! Hot tub is always warm for you. Waterfalls can be turned on at your request through the platform and they are always off by sunset...

The pool
Please swim at your own risk.
The deep end of the pool is approximately 5 feet deep.
For your safety no diving is allowed.
There is no lifeguard present.
A guardian must be always present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool.
There is a pool fence and pool may be accessed through the gates only.

The pool is open to guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day. After these dates, we can heat the pool for $100 per night to 83-85 degrees Fahrenheit, please message if you would like this!

We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 55 degrees.

* Please be advised that the hot tub and the pool cannot be heated at the same time; only one can be heated at a time.

*We ask that you let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance for the pool to be heated since it takes hours to heat.
* The pool fountains are winterized between November 1st - May 1st.
*The waterfalls can be turned on by request prior to your check-in, from 10:00am-dusk.
