Welcome to your home away from home in Tulsa! Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this spacious 4-bedroom retreat was designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories together. Enjoy movie nights and conversations in the two cozy living areas, cook and share meals in the fully stocked kitchen and dining space, or unwind by the pool after a day exploring the city. With plenty of room to spread out and a central location close to Tulsa’s favorite attractions, it’s the perfect place for families, friends, and group getaways.

About the Pool:
The pool is open year-round! During cooler months (Sep–May), the pool can be heated to approximately 82°–85°F. Please let us know 48–72 hours in advance if you’d like the pool heated, as it takes time to warm up.

For safety and efficiency, we do not heat the pool when outdoor temperatures are below 60°F. Since pool heating is included at no additional cost, nightly rates remain the same if the pool becomes temporarily unavailable due to weather or equipment issues.

Pool Safety:
• Swim at your own risk
• No lifeguard on duty
• Children must be supervised at all times near the pool
• Pool depth ranges from 3.5ft to 8ft

During the colder months, we swap out the lighter blankets for warm, cozy comforters to keep our guests comfortable. These may look a little different from the ones shown in the listing photos.

• Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

• Late check-out may be available upon request, but is not guaranteed due to same-day turnovers. If approved, the fee is $25 per hour, with a maximum check-out time of 12:00 PM.

• No pets, please. Unauthorized pets will result in a $600 fine plus any damage costs.

• No smoking inside the home. Failure to follow this house rule will result in a $300 fee.

Open floor plan great for family get together

Nice house with space to spread out It had everything we needed to be comfortable for a few days of family visits. Location was close to restaurants and stores. It was a little too cold to use the pool, but the property would be a blast in the summer.

Girls Weekend in Tulsa

Stayed here for a weekend with some friends. We had a lovely time enjoying the pool and the proximity to LaFortune Park. House was clean with everything we needed for the time we were there. Communication with Gizelle was easy and prompt. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful place for two grandchildren, two parents and two grandparents. We cooked, played games, and watched movies interspersed with walks around the neighborhood. If the weather was more cooperative we would have used the lovely pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Place!!!

Beautiful property, very clean. Everything worked well, owner was very fast to respond and polite with any questions. House was well stocked with plenty of bedding, towels and pool towels. Overall wonderful stay, lots of room… HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Plenty of stores and eating places very close, this property has a great location.
