This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Tulsa. It's spacious and a great place to gather. There are 2 living areas equipped with a smart TV, sound system, board games, large couch, a recliner and a dining room. Our kitchen is also fully stocked with an oven, microwave, gas burners, full size fridge/freezer and cookware.

The backyard has a pool, hammock, charcoal grill and a patio with seating area.

This home is close to many attractions:
• 12 mins to the Expo
• 11 mins to The Gathering Place (boating, kids playground, great eateries)
• 5 mins to St. Francis Hospital
• 2 mins walk to La Fortune Park Golf
• Less than 10 mins away - Woodland Hills Mall, AMC theatre and grocery stores

During the colder months, we swap out the lighter blankets for warm, cozy comforters to keep our guests comfortable. These may look a little different from the ones shown in the listing photos.

ABOUT THE POOL:
Pool is open all year round!

The pool can be heated to 82°F-85°F during the cooler months (Sep-May).

Please let us know at least 48-72 hours in advance for the pool to be heated, since it takes several hours to heat.

We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 60°F.

There are no additional fees to heat the pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the pool become unavailable due to extreme weather or malfunctions.

Please swim at your own risk.
There is NO lifeguard present.
A guardian must be present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool.
Pool is 3.5ft - 8ft deep

We have EXTERIOR security cameras in place, as well as an alarm system. The cameras monitor the driveway, backyard, and the entryways. There are no indoor cameras.

Nice house with space to spread out It had everything we needed to be comfortable for a few days of family visits. Location was close to restaurants and stores. It was a little too cold to use the pool, but the property would be a blast in the summer.

Girls Weekend in Tulsa

Stayed here for a weekend with some friends. We had a lovely time enjoying the pool and the proximity to LaFortune Park. House was clean with everything we needed for the time we were there. Communication with Gizelle was easy and prompt. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful place for two grandchildren, two parents and two grandparents. We cooked, played games, and watched movies interspersed with walks around the neighborhood. If the weather was more cooperative we would have used the lovely pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, very clean. Everything worked well, owner was very fast to respond and polite with any questions. House was well stocked with plenty of bedding, towels and pool towels. Overall wonderful stay, lots of room… HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Plenty of stores and eating places very close, this property has a great location.
