Located on the third floor of the Palms of Destin resort community, this condo provides a luxe retreat for your next vacation. This wonderful stay features views resort grounds from the furnished balcony, amazing on-site amenities, including Destin’s largest lagoon pool, heated pool, hot tub, gym, bar, restaurants, coffee shop, basketball, playground, tennis, conference centers, and shuttle buses to the nearest beach (only a quarter-mile away).

This polished haven offers an open layout with floor-to-ceiling windows, a full kitchen, and a sunlit living area with a smart TV. Each bedroom is appointed flatscreen TVs and an en suite bathroom. The primary suite offers balcony access, while the guest room has a bunk bed with a TV in each bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice place to stay

This was a nice place to stay. The view was amazing from the balcony (pool side). The balcony door was a little hard to open from the living area. The second bedroom is small. If you have small children the second bedroom would be great for them, but for adults it’s very small. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, skillets. The kitchen also had a blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, and ice maker. Checking in and out was a smooth and easy process. The staff gave us a map and explained where everything was. She also let us know about the different activities that, they had going on. The gym is very nice. The pools are amazing. There are multiple pools. There’s even a warm pool. The staff keeps the pools clean, security is always alert, and the staff is friendly.

Not the best

I did expected more this time we came to Destin. I have booked before and the condo I had last year was way better. This time the cleanliness was definitely poor. Couldn’t access the balcony from the living room because the door was stuck. There were times were there was a sewer smell and couldn’t enjoy the time in the pool. Hopefully next time I get a better one. Would not recommend this condo I had.

It was clean. Could not access balcony from living room. Door would NOT open. No hair dryer. The 2nd bedroom was very small. If this place slept 6 it would be tight.

2024 Beach trip

This is our 4th time staying at the Palms resort, we enjoy it every single time. Such a great resort, family friendly, great amenities. We will continue to choose the Palms resort when staying in Destin!

Honestly, I couldn’t say anything better about this condo. It was very easy check-in. The resort was beautiful. Had a lot of accommodations there at the resort very close to several stores and gas stations. The only thing that I would even say was this is definitely not a real good beach access location, but we just drove every day and everything was fine. They do have a shuttle, which was amazing.

Loved this condo

This place was very clean. Great view overlooking the pool. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows, they were flat as a board, and the dryer took 2 cycles to dry your clothes, and maybe have some salt and pepper available. Just a few minor things. Overall we really enjoyed staying here. Would come here again.

Great Location for Soccer Tournament

My family and I stayed here over a long weekend for my daughters soccer tournament and it was in the perfect location, right across the streets from the fields. Property was clean and our kids loved the pool.

Great location and amenities

It was exactly as advertised. Super easy in and out and the facility has a lot to offer. We were in and out all weekend for a sports tournament, and it was the perfect location and just what we needed. Comfortable and clean with laundry! Enjoyed the balcony and listening to the fountains and wind. Great location - we walked everywhere all weekend and only 1.5miles The to Publix! Also loved the car being in a covered parking garage.

Great location!

Very clean. Perfect location. Amenities are limited, if you are staying more than two nights I recommend bringing trash bags, coffee filters, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Also, bring beach towels! The resort does not have a towel service for their pools.

Great little spot

This condo was perfect for a weekend girls getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable for mature adult women. Ages 81, 61, 53, 43, 40. It was nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the really nice, elaborate pool area and watch all the happenings. Its very close to walmart, so you can pick up groceries etc. Many restaurants nearby. We throughly enjoyed La Familglia Italian, about a block away. Definately would book again.

Condo was clean and easy to access. They did send us the wrong gate code but everything else was excellent. They only gave us a couple dish washer tabs and trash bags so we had to go buy trash bags. Pool and hot tub were very nice and easy to access. i would stay again

Family vacay

We had a fabulous week! Very clean and paerfect for our family of 5. Loved grabbing coffee each morning after we worked out in the spacious gym. The restaurant was delicious and the staff were all very friendly. We spent most of our time at the awesome pool, our kids loved it! The beaches are just a 2 minute drive and are stunning! This resort did not disappoint! We can not wait to book again!!!

We arrived around 3:00am- price was expensive for just 6 hours. Couldn’t get into our room for awhile vide didn’t work. Was not anyone around to help and had to call customer service which took well over 30 minutes to get someone in the phone

Wonderful vacation stay!

The location, views, and activities are amazing! There's so much to do. The home is right near the beach and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other attractions. I love the live music and being near the poolside. But the home is great for a night in too! Will definitely stay here again in the future :)
