Home away from Home

Very pleased your stay was overall nice but the home was built brand new construction less than 5 years ago so not sure what updates are referring too and dusting is done after every stay but tablecloth is brown and when no guests are there for a little while might be little dust but definitely home has been cleaned and sanitized professional from cleaning company who has been in business over 20years,with a license. The location is perfect and always will be close to everything during stay. Your family was welcome to leave but never did so must wasn’t to dusty or not updated :

The home is located in convenient wonderful neighborhood and very spacious with definitely several amenities and privacy than a hotel but I do give option to check out early if not happy and get any guests have left early during stay and hope your visit is more pleasing when choose hotel with a family next stay,but most families will enjoy a home stay.

I appreciate your review on stay and want it to be BEST stay as possible.The check in process is self check in and additional steps for everyone’s safety.Also, I’m military so the home is not occupied 24/7 so the ac unit is off when guests check out bur new unit so cools down very quickly. Thanks for positive responses and look forward to having gone cooler and ac not off in summer months check in.

I truly appreciate your response and don’t see how you feel like the home is cluttered when it’s a home away from home . Sonyes I do provide extra lines,cookware,utensils,etc.that maybe made you feel that way.The home was build new from ground up with newly appliances and recently painting, new flooring so not sure what updates you are referring too. I have had several huge priced items stolen from me and that process is to protect your deposit also and verify the condition before and after since I’m not present when check-in but photos can be alternative check-in process. Hopefully will give chance to accommodate again in future.

This property wasn’t ruined by the owner and nothing Horrible about and you can’t change rules and procedures without being in charge.Home is wonderful and great family home.

There’s nothing false about the home everything including the room bed size is listed on page. Home away from home is catered for a family and not a house full of grown adults.Their are families who enjoy the comfort of a family rooms and size beds for smaller kids with beds bigger than a toddler. Also, apologies for inconvenience if removing the sheets was a problem should have stated that but was not told to start washer. Also many guests doesn’t use the kitchen table chairs and feel are in the way of space so removed and put in garage with more lounge space area.The larger tv does work its just the smaller one is app installed onto what guests prefer more. Wish u would have made these things brought to owner attention during or after stay like did when one of your adult family members broke kids bed. So glad you enjoyed the location and wish you wasn’t confused about the bedrooms because the home is wonderful with many amenities and for a family Home Away from Home.
