Great 1st floor unit that looks right out onto the beach with direct access

Summary:

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.

This oceanfront efficiency sits on the first floor of the Caravelle Resort.

- Walk right out the sliding glass doors to the beach.

- Hammocks await right outside your room.

- Enjoy the beach without the stairs or elevators.

- In the evening or on a rainy day enjoy the 65-inch flat screen TV will entertain you.

- The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, full stove, coffee maker, cookware and dishware.

- The two queen size beds gives comfort for a restful nights sleep.

2. Noise is possible due to traffic on the first floor of resort - unit is not by elevators, though

The Space:

The room has furniture, appliances (regular coffee pot), flooring and decor all chosen by the owner which sets it apart from the regular hotel styled rooms. The convenience of an electronic keyless entry makes for an easy check-in.



The resort has:

- outdoor heated pools

- outdoor hot tubs lazy river, and a children's water play-area

- Other amenities included for off-site rental guests are a game room, exercise room, free WIFI throughout the resort, oceanfront sun deck, and security.

***Parking restrictions: Parking Pass required.**** We will provide parking pass to guests upon arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the outdoor pool area in addition to various amenities that Caravelle Resort offers. However the ocean is still the number one draw and your view and access could not be better. Additionally walk outside your room and take a nap on the lawn hammocks.

The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)



The Neighborhood:

The north end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. Nearby restaurants recommended are Crave and Ciao for Italian, Cafe Gelato for a quick bite, Blueberry Grill for breakfast, Margaritas for Mexican, River City Cafe for a burger and Martins in Long Bay Resort for a nice dinner.



Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.



Other Things to Note:

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
