We really enjoyed our stay because we had the basics available in the house. Plenty of towels, cooking utensils and comforts to make our stay memorable and so comfortable. We especially loved the fireplace and the sofa for our periods of rest and chill out time. The beds were so comfortable which is a reason to stay. We loved the location and how quiet the neighborhood was.

Great space

The rental is a great find. It’s close to pretty much everything, spacious, and well stocked on everything from towels to cooking utensils. The rooftop patio was the perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.

Loved this property. Matt, the host is very attentive to any need. He was timely with getting us door codes, WiFi passwords, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials to make a meal. There are spices and some condiments left from previous guests. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We loved the deck to play card games on and visit. It is also very close to Empower Mile High Stadium.

Beautiful Condo!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and exactly what we were hoping for. Whoever decorated did a great job, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook for all of us. We seemed to an 8 minute Uber ride from everywhere we wanted to go, AND! there is a very nice picture of Hawaii in the stairwell, that looks like it may be of my friend's childhood home (neighborhood). When we arrived the VRBO app was being buggy, and I panicked, and the owner responded right away with help on instructions to get in. We would absolutely love to stay again if we are back in Denver.

Great House on a not so great street

Home is great, clean, well appointed, comfortable, camera's all around the outside of the house which I understand, but as a VRBO client, it makes me a little uncomfortable. The owner had a service provider scheduled for a Dryer repair to take place prior to our arrival, but they were late, so we ended up involved in the repair trip. The electronic lock on the front door failed and locked us out for about an hour. Again, great house, OK communication with owner, but not an area I would select for future rentals for my family.

Great weekend

This property was a great find! It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. And the beds were comfortable! Not the nicest neighborhood, but we felt safe, and it was a quick easy drive to get downtown. We would stay here again.

Red Rocks weekend

We loved the modern, clean “row house.” Host was very helpful and responsive. The location was convenient for getting to Red Rocks and downtown or uptown Denver. Be careful on the steps. One of us fell (they are beautiful, but slick)! Suggestions: pillows were not comfortable for any of us and it is HOT on the third floor. Denver isn’t as cool as it used to be in the summer. The AC just couldn’t keep up. There are fans, so that helped. *Note to host: hair dryer did not work. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Works well for a couple or a family (with older children). Not recommended for small children or someone with mobility issues. Thanks!

Colorado Get-a-Way

My husband, sister and brother in-law came to Denver for a long weekend. The home was gorgeous and very convenient to Red Rocks. The home was clean and perfect for the four of us. We loved the rooftop patio with the views of the mountains and downtown Denver. The neighborhood did not seem walkable but was perfect if you had a car or were using a car service. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay

Beautiful townhouse. Very clean and photos were accurate. I was a little hesitant when I saw the surrounding neighborhood but we didn’t have any problems at all. It was quiet and comfy. Communication was also on point!!
