Clean and Comfy HouseWe enjoyed the stay at your vacation rental. The location was very convenient, and we loved walking the trails through the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, and the ping pong table was a great surprise! We really enjoyed playing.

This is our second year staying at this location and again it has not disappointed. The house was very clean and ready for us when we got there. It is close to all locations in Penn State. We will be staying there again.

We were attending a wedding at State College and this place was our "home away from home". It was very comfortable and convenient for getting around town. The neighborhood is quiet. It is also close to restaurants and a Wegmann's.

Fantastic clean quaint home

Perfect for Penn State weekends, easy access to I-99 & 322, a short drive from Stadium parking, and at the end of North Atherton St in a quiet neighborhood. Will absolutely stay again for upcoming visits.

Wonderful stay

The house is just as pictured. Close to everything that we needed. Had a ping-pong table and a little rec room in the basement. That was an added surprise. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay in Happy Valley

This home was clean, well-supplied and made for a very comfortable stay. The location was convenient to campus and any shopping or eatery we would've wanted. Janet was very responsive to questions I had before arrival. We've already planned our next visit!

THON Alumni weekend trip

I loved staying in this quaint house tucked away in State College. In a small neighborhood, the house had everything as advertised and more. The check in process was super easy, all appliances were up to date, and the area in the basement was a great small hangout spot. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and Comfy

Great place to stay. Close to everything I needed in State College. The house was clean and comfortable with many additional “perks” to meet anything that may have been forgotten. Easy to get to Beaver Stadium for the triathlon

Great place close to campus

Had a great weekend with a few friends. There were 5 of us and the space was plenty big for that. There was an issue with the original listing but it was rectified quickly by the owners. Thanks for a great stay

Excellent Choice

We felt like at home in this house, the neighborhood is quiet, the house was clean and well equipped for cold weather. The location allows to drive to downtown or airport easily and fast. The host was educated and attended our calls immediately We hope to have the opportunity to return to this same place in future travel to State College

Questions that were posed to the owners were never responded to. Otherwise was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
