We had a wonderful stay. Host was very responsive and the property had everythign we needed to enjoy our stay.

The property is in a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. It was easy to go on campus as well as downtown for the Arts Festival. There were 4 adults staying here which we felt was an ideal number. The property would have been a bit crowded with 6 plus there was only seating at the kitchen / dining room table for 4. We did not use the porch which had no outside seating although there was a charcoal grill there. There was a recent storm so there were a lot of leaves and small branches on the porch. We had a couple issues which we addressed with the host. Vonte was very helpful. One was regarding the refrigerator/ freezer. It kept things cold but the ice maker did not work and there were no ice cube trays to make ice so we bought a bag for our use.The lights were also a bit confusing until figuring out what was on remotes vs switches. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Some of the furniture is a bit dated but it was comfortable. The kitchen seemed to be well stocked although we ate most of our meals out. We used the Keurig coffee pot which you could make pods or a pot of coffee. We had brought our own but there was coffee there. A lot of seasonings were also in the cupboard. Overall I would return to this property if coming into town again for a longer stay.

Great clean stay with nice entertainment features

Me and my family had a great experience while staying here during THON weekend to support my daughter who was dancing for THON this year. The house is clean and kept up nicely, and the entertainment room was great to stay tuned in with THON when we were away from the Bryce Jordan Center. We will certainly come back to stay for future visits to PSU.

This little house is very clean and conveniently located. The owner/management team were very responsive and polite. One recommendation to future customers… there are limited kitchen supplies (cookware such as larger frying pans, cookie sheets for oven to heat pizza, etc.) which you may want to think of supplementing if you wish to do extensive cooking. But overall recommend this house for a State College get away!

Perfect Stay

We headed to PA with family to attend our son's graduation from Penn State. Communication with the property manager was excellent. When we arrived at the home there was a wonderful note and gift basket welcoming us, which we all through was a very nice touch and honestly very thoughtful. This home was perfect! The location is super easy to get to the school but also close to shopping and restaurants. The home is exactly as described and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals, the home was clean, and the beds were very comfy. It was easy to feel right at home. Absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property manager was quick to respond, very kind and professional! The home wasn’t exactly as we expected. Did have linens and well equipped kitchen. Space was smaller than anticipated from the photos. Property outside was poorly maintained, with landscape growing onto driveway and with larger vehicles presented a problem. The house itself had an odd smell, and was outdated. Old carpet and furniture. Overall the home was clean and served its purpose for graduation weekend at PSU.
