Shared and Private amenities: Each cabin comes with its own picnic table, outdoor seating area, grill, and fire pit. Peaceful and Relaxing

We loved the property, there was plenty of privacy, and the scenery was beautiful. We brought our small dog and he was fascinated by the horses and goats!

Great craftsmanship!

Perfect place to disconnect for busy life and watch the sun set on the porch. Cabins are unique and use a lot of repurposed materials. Looking forward to a future stay when the new horse barn is built!

The shared "kitchen" cabin is a roofed area open on 3 sides . There is a very old dirty microwave on top of a wooden stool and a very used, unclean refrigerator in the open air, there are NO cooking surfaces, No sink to wash dishes, No heated area area to eat or cook food . Do not come expecting to prepare food at this place unless you bring your own equipment. The kitchen area is filthy and disorganized , like cooking in someones garage. A dog in one of the fenced units was outside barking all night for multiple nights and the long trip to the shared bathroom has led to the area around each cabin being used for open air urination , you can smell it as you walk by.

Perfect get away!

My wife and I booked one of these cabins for our anniversary and it was nice to unplug and spend some great time together. I definitely would recommend the buzzards roost rock trail if you enjoy hiking. The views are amazing in the fall. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Beautiful, relaxing, and clean

Cabin was so cute, and clean. Beautiful area and the shared bathrooms were so nice and clean. Host was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely go back!

Great stay!

When we arrived to our cabin the grounds keeper met us there and was beyond helpful! This is a definite retreat for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. No service just wifi! Everything was so clean and updated! The shower house was so nice! Not what we was expecting at all from a shower house! The huge window in our cabin was one of the best features. We also really enjoyed the star deck! We could see thousands of stars and probably spent 3 hours just looking at them. I would advice anyone who plans to stay to bring dinner. They have a mini fridge in the cabin but the nearest restaurant is about 30-40 mins away. There is a town store close that makes pizzas. That’s what we ended up doing! Absolutely will rent again!!!

Even more beautiful in person

What a cool cabin setup! The owners have done an excellent job with this property, selectively cutting trees and installing lighting to enhance the natural beauty of the space. The cabin was super comfy, the AC worked great, and the space felt totally secluded and private. To anyone worrying about privacy with the giant windows: there is zero chance of another guest wandering around behind your cabin by accident. It is a super-steep hill. Very cool place!

Beautiful stay

We were ok roughing it, meaning no running water or bathroom inside the room, the smaller cabins DO NOT have a toilet near by, you will be walking 4-5 flights of stairs to get to the beautifully maintained and clean bathroom/showers. There’s a washer and dryer for your use also which was so nice. If you bring a cooler keep in mind you will be carrying it up several flights and you will need a cooler. Zero cell service so enable your wifi calling ahead of time. We saw no wildlife outside of bugs and one rogue toad. There is a VERY disturbed cow that will make you think a Sasquatch is nearby but otherwise it’s super quiet. It was an amazing stay and worth the drive.

Would comeback in a heart beat! Didn't want to leave.

If you're visiting Peebles, West Union, or anywhere in Adams County or just looking for a peaceful getaway this is a great place to stay! Wow! I can't say enough about it. The cabins on the property are gorgeous, the restroom and shower was the cleanest camping facilities I've have ever seen, and the scenery is gorgeous. Check in/out couldn't be any easier and Cousin Greg even greeted us and visited with us a while. The Hosts have a little hidden gem there!
