Swaggy Tempe Pad

The house was incredible and even cooler than the pictures! Truly feels like your own swaggy mansion. Plenty of room, amazing back yard and pool, and comfortable spacious rooms to fit any party size. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room for our party of 9. Pretty well stocked. A little short on some amenities like body wash shampoo and washcloths. But basic needs were pretty much there. Great location. Comfortable.

The Perfect Compound

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and the house is GORGEOUS. The owners were very quick to respond and so friendly and accommodating. We’ve stayed at multiple different house rentals companies and this was by far the best. Thank you again!

Nice place for big group

The property manager was really responsive and friendly. There were a few issues with things not working when we arrived, but again, the property manager was prompt to address them even on Thanksgiving day. Ample parking, including use of the garage, and plenty of space for our large group with kids.

Week stay large group

Overall this was a beautiful property. It accommodated our group well. However upon arrival it was not equipped for 18 guests (bedding & towels) the property manager remedied it quickly. We asked that the water feature be turned on each day and it was only turned on once. Everything else was great except the king bed in room 3 was so broken down that a valley (divot) is completely visible when just looking at the bed. This needs to be replaced.

Would Go Back Again

This property was great for our large group! We were in town for the Chandler Rotary Invitational event. It was close to the high school, restaurants and stores. The hosts were very responsive to emails/texts & accommodating. The kids loved the pool, though they would have loved to spend more time in it if it was warmed up a bit more.

Family time

This property was an excellent space for us to stay as extended family while we were in the area for a family wedding. There were lots of fun things to do at the house and shopping and groceries were close and accessible. The property manager was flexible with check in which allowed for us to get access to case out the kitchen before a big grocery shop. This was much appreciated. They also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. If ever there was a question they were quick to respond. The kitchen was well equipped for feeding our large crew and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay. We would do it again.

Great house but very unenjoyable experience with property management company

I have nothing but good things to say about the home. My problem was with the company that manages the rental. After our reservation was made and people were staying in the home for several nights, the rental company contacted me and asked for a photo of my face with my driver license visible in the photo. They also wanted a photo of the credit card used to make the reservation. They told me they had experienced fraud in the past so they wanted to verify my identity. I told them I was uncomfortable meeting these demands because of how those photos could potentially be misused (identity theft) and they told me that if I refused they would have to cancel the remainder of the reservation. I complied because I didn’t have anywhere to send the guests on such short notice, but I will make sure to never rent from this company again.
