Sorry for you experience which has not been the norm for our guests. Description does indicate our use of cameras as they are for security and not entertainment. We do not monitor cameras unless there is a concern from guest(s) on premises as we are not on site. The construction next door is complete, however had we known m, we could have addressed with the team. It’s a beach area and can tend to get loud at certain times or weekends. We wish you would have communicated these concerns so we could have addressed. Thank you for considering us and all the best in your future travels.

Firstly we sorry you had this experience, to date we have had nothing but positive feedback. Part of the breakdown is how you communicated. We explained that we communicate through the app and as soon as we got the text you got a call. You never sent any follow up message to the app to allow us the opportunity to address your concerns instead you texted pictures to a secondary number that does not monitor messages and left the home. If you had reached out via the app as my other clients have attested, you would have received an immediate response and we would have addressed your concerns. As far as some of your concerns, since it is a smaller home we make effective use of space. To your concern around storage, there is storage provided under the beds to minimize clutter in the rooms. As for the cameras, it’s is clearly indicated in the description and they are for security not for our personal entertainment. They are not monitored but rather used if clients have a concern since we are off site. All of this would have been ameliorated if you had reached out appropriately. You never gave us the chance and that is why we are here. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Puerto Rico, as we will be enjoying our home in the near future. Ironically our current guest who just checked in stated “ this place is amazing”. We are not sure what you expected as you never communicated this to us and we did not have the chance to show you why we have 5 star ratings. All the best to you. For future renters, beware. Save yourself the headache of the poor communication and complaints. I would not rent again to this person. They are certainly “Absolutely the worst” guest we have had to date.
