Neuf! Lake Tahoe / Northstar Resort Maison- 5 Chambre / 5 Bath

Northstar est maintenant la station de ski de premier ministre en Californie du Nord, offrant l'année amuser en famille - Ski, snowboard, luge, patinage sur glace, le shopping et beaucoup plus dans l'hiver; golf, équitation, natation, tennis, VTT, de la randonnée, shopping et plus encore en été! Toute l'année il ya des restaurants fabuleux! La maison est à 12 minutes du lac Tahoe et la navigation de plaisance; 15 minutes des casinos; et à 12 minutes de la magnifique vieille ville de l'ouest de Truckee, en Californie.

La maison dispose de 5 chambres, 5 salles de bains et une salle de bonus avec des lits superposés. Nous l'avons construit avec un grand groupe à l'esprit.
* Deux chambres sont maîtres chambres avec lits King et salles de bains privées - un maître dispose d'une cheminée.
* Trois chambres ont lits Queen
* Salle de Bonus avec 4 lits superposés, salle de bain privée et cheminée

La grande salle de bonus a aussi un grand écran de télévision, et un canapé en coupe. Il est sur un étage séparé pour les enfants de jouir de leur wii, programmes de télévision, des films, des jeux, etc.

Notre maison est merveilleux pour se divertir et d'intimité. Il ya beaucoup de sièges confortables dans la grande salle pour tout le monde de se rassembler et être ensemble. Cette maison est confortable, chaleureuse, accueillante - Situé dans les bois, avec 3 cheminées, et merveilleux pont et un accès facile à tous les sports, restaurants et magasins.

The house is well appointed, well located, and well priced. It’s not luxurious, but it is well appointed. We had one hiccup with our stay which our host graciously took care off. Happy to recommend this house and host.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful time here. The large kitchen and great room lend towards a great gathering place for all. My son is a chef and had all he needed in kitchen to prepare great meals. Love the deck where we ate most meals.

Great large open living/family room space with lots of windows; everything updated and nice; kitchen well stocked with lots of dishes, pots, silverware, etc; easy good communication with owners; only negatives were gas fireplace was not working for us for some reason; old TVs without cable in spare bedrooms and no bunkbed as indicated in description; hot water can come and go for showers with big group; would rent again.

Space was Great for family time. Transportation takes you to and from Northstar with easy access pick up at house. Bunk beds were not available. Everything else was amazing!! I would stay here again!

Location was great. Convenience to skiing Northstar is great. Amenities could be better - e.g., no hot tub, no ski closet or racks in or near entry, no boot bench, etc. for skiers. Many rooms don’t have overhead lighting. Bring extension cords for plugs on bedrooms. No shampoo or conditioner.

Family Reunion Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Northstar home. Positives: Beautiful and spacious great room and kitchen with 2 very large comfy sectionals and nice appliances. Plenty of kitchen essentials provided such as trash bags, ziplock bags, and cleaning supplies. The host was very responsive with any questions that we had. Negatives: a little worn around the edges, no dressers in the bedrooms and the closets were quite full of the owners belongings so not much room there to put suitcases etc. Overall, I would recommend the home because it's a beautiful home with very large enjoyable spaces to spend time together with your family or friends.

Our multi generation family of 10 had a wonderful stay. Lots of space for family time. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The owner answered our phone call immediately when we had a question.There is a sledding hill next to house- but sleds needed to be replaced!

Thanksgiving stay

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. We had 14 family and there was plenty of room and a great location. The only suggestion o have is there was not any where for us to put our clothes closets were full amd no drawers anywhere. Otherwise everything was amazing!!

Great house for family gatherings

We loved this home. The great room and kitchen are very spacious, with 2 generous seating areas for visiting and hanging out. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies you could ask for. Beds were really comfortable and the bonus room was a huge plus. We highly recommend! North Star also has a fantastic rec center with multiple pools plus gym, tennis, pickle ball, playground, hot tubs and more. Great home and great location.

Perfect location for our needs

I can't say enough positive about this property. It brought my entire family together for a wedding that was about a mile away- so very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable, the amenities were plentiful and perfect for our needs. The children staying had a great time playing outside and going on nature walks. Owner was extremely easy to work with. I would love to stay here again.

Awesome Family House in North Star

Wonderful property, great location and responsive and attentive owner! Our family of 9 stayed there including three married couples so plenty of space. Huge well equipped kitchen and great room area are perfect for big family and playing games and relaxing. Detailed instructions for everything and Jeff went above and beyond to take care of us even after we departed! Location to ski was awesome as the shuttle stops right in front of house and is 2 minutes from Village.

The property is really nice and well equipped. The NorthStar bus picks you up right in front of the house for a short lift to the Village.

Great for a large group

If you are looking for a place for a large group and easy access to Northstar, this place fits the bill. Plenty of room to spread out and the shuttle bus to the resort stops just in front of the house. The owner responds quickly and is helpful and easy to work with. We encountered one of the biggest winter storms in decades. All roads in and out of the area were closed for days and he worked with us to extend our stay until we were able to safely return home. Would stay again!

Great layout and size

This house was great for a large group. I really liked the design and style. There were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues. The outside deck could use an update. The use of the Northstar recreation area was a big bonus.

We love getting away from it all in Northstar! So much to offer at Northstar, plus easy access to Lakes Donner, Boca, Stampede,Truckee River, Golf, tennis, pickle ball, swimming, hiking, biking, paddle board, great gourmet kitchen, deck, BBQ, outdoor seating.

Northstar is now the premier ski and summer resort in Northern California, offering year round family fun--skiing, snowboarding, sledding, ice skating, and much more in the winter; golf, horseback riding, swimming, tennis, mountain biking, hiking and more in the summer! Year round there are fabulous restaurants! Since Vail Resorts took over, it's a premier Tahoe resort place for all. The home is 12 minutes from Lake Tahoe and boating; 15 minutes from the casinos; and 8 minutes from the wonderful old western town of Truckee, California. Free Bus service to anywhere in the NorthStar village or area. Downtown Truckee and the surrounding areas have great dining, shopping, plus wonderful choices for grocery and specialty foods. If you want to go to Reno or the Reno-Tahoe Airport, its only 45 minutes. If you would rather ski at Palisades (formally Squaw Valley), Alpine, Donner, Sugar Bowl or Boreal and try night ski- all are a 20 minute drive. At Boreal is Woodward- an indoor skate snowboard type training and play facility year round.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The home has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and we built it with larger group in mind, much like our family of 5 daughters and now all their spouses and kids. Meaning, there is plenty of cozy seating in the great room for everyone to gather and be together at the main floor that has 4 areas where all can parallel play i one open space. There is also a huge bonus room on a separate floor for the kids to enjoy their movies and games. The bonus room has a fireplace, Seating, tables, its own restroom and fireplace where kids play or adults for private working remote.

Our home is wonderful for entertaining and privacy. A one minute free bus ride to the village. There is plenty of cozy seating in the great room for everyone to gather and be together with two large sectional couches creating their own space. This home is cozy, cozy, cozy--set in the woods, decorative hand hewn cedar ceilings, with 3 fireplaces, open floor plan on the main floor between the kitchen, family room, and dining area. Very easy free shuttle access to all sports, restaurants and shopping at the NorthStar Village.
