Cette maison, au 35 Janss Lane, est 5 maisons du sommet de Wood Road, qui monte le centre de la montagne. Notre point de vue comprend tout de Daly Peak à Sam's Knob, Big Burn, le Cirque, High Alpine et Elk Camp. L'accÚs de ski vous emmÚne au fond de la deuxiÚme ascenseur, Coney Glade, vous permettant d'éviter toutes les foules au bas de la montagne. Avec une passe et l'épicerie de semaine de ski, vous bénéficiez d'intimité incroyable - ou vous pouvez aller à Aspen et papoter avec le glitteratti. AccÚs ski-in Easy est juste assez indirecte à préserver votre vie privée - il ya trois alternatives pour skier ou marcher sur.

Quatre chambres avec salles de bains en suite, toutes avec vue sur la montagne - deux rois, un jumeau, un quad. 10 couchages. Hot tub 8 personnes ou plus. Internet haute vitesse sans fil; toute la télévision ordinaire et l'équipement audio. Barbecue à gaz Weber sur le pont.

The house was great. Location can’t be beat. Views are amazing. We stayed in a few nights and enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. We will stay here again next time we’re in Snowmass.

Stellar ski vacation

Really enjoyed our stay. You definitely are one of the highest houses on the mountain. The hot tub gives you a stellar view of the resort. The host was super responsive and very helpful.

The perfect spot for a family vacation

We absolutely loved our time at this house. The house was beautiful, and the location could not be better. The spaces were perfect for hanging out with family. One of our favorite places we have rented. Highly recommend!

Perfect Snowmass House

We had a great time at this amazing house. Ideal ski in/out location up on the mountain. Spacious, comfortable, nice kitchen, incredible views from both the house and new hot tub. We hope to stay here again.

Another wonderful trip

This trip was our second to this home in Snowmass. It is a favorite of everyone, with easy access to the slopes, a big kitchen for cooking and a very comfortable great room. We recommend this home without reservation.

Family ski vacation

Exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and made for easy meal prep. The location was unbeatable which made for a relaxing family ski vacation. Kids and adults were all happy. Would definitely rent again.

AMAZING STAY..Top of the world

This is one of best places you can stay on Snowmass mountains. Everything went smoothly from the check-in, communication with the host, to check-out. We would have stay longer as the times went by so quick with you have loads of fun. It is a fantastic place with great views of the slope and mountains. Easy access, ski-in, ski out, the fireplace, and the hot tub, these are all make your vacation heaven! We had a blast and will be back from more.

Great Stay!

Property was amazing! Great location - ski down through the woods out the back of the house to the trail and back along the road to the front of the house. Kitchen is well equipped, hot tub was clean & spacious, great sleeping accommodations, and shared spaces. Only note is that the pull out couch in the basement wasn't all that comfortable for sleeping. Would definitely stay again, big thanks to Carol!

Beautiful Paradise

It’s our 4th summer vacation in Snowmass and our first time staying at Carol’s beautiful home. She is a text away with any questions and so nice!! It was the perfect home for our group ...spacious.. and cozy al in one. You are close to hiking trails, Aspen and everything beautiful. You know it’d a great vacay when you don’t want to leave ❀

Fantastic mountain get away!

Our family of 9 stayed for a week enjoying the beautiful views from the deck and all the amenities Snowmass and Aspen offer. The house is situated up the mountain from Snowmass Village so it was very convenient driving down to attend the various events each night. The owner was very accommodating and helpful with ideas on what to do. We love cooking so we took advantage of the large kitchen and made some wonderful meals. We also went to quite a few great restaurants in the Village and Aspen. We highly recommend this house if you're looking for a home away from home and will definitely be back to enjoy it again!

Family Ski Trip

The 35 Janss home is a great place for a family ski vacation. From the time you walk in you feel like you're at home! The ski in / ski out access allows everyone to be on their own schedule if they like - from the early risers who skin up the mountain to the people taking lessons, and the all day skiers. A quick easy run to the Village Express lift and you're off for the day. The accommodations are top notch. A very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fireplace that works well, and the views are second to none. This was our second time renting the home and we'll be back.

Top of the mountain family home

The Janss Lane home is spacious and well divided so all family members have some privacy. There are also great common areas. All 7 of us ate dinner on the deck every evening - a really lovely setting. There is easy direct access to hiking from the house. The house was a comfortable/relaxing base for all our outdoor activities. Everything worked, the kitchen was well appointed, good WIFI. The house had lots of books/movies and there were plenty of spices in the drawer ... just examples of how the house had a family-feeling to it.

Beautiful Home at the Top of the Hill

Lovely home at the top of a quiet residential area right on the edge of the Snowmass ski area. Far enough away from the density of the village, yet just a 5 minute drive down the hill to get there. Hiking trail access just up the street. Good local property manager who responded right away with the one small issue we did have. Carol, the owner is a fantastic host whose love for the home and the Snowmass area shines through with many great suggestions for local activities and attractions. Our whole family enjoyed our Summer stay and hope to return. Five stars all the way!

My husband and I, both physicians, bought this lot in 12 hours sight unseen when my brother, a local real estate agent, called to tell us that it had gone on the market. I grew up in the Aspen area, and knew how special this lane is. Even though we were not thinking retirement, both of our sons ended up going to college in the west, and this home that we built quickly became our favorite holiday haven. Skiing, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, pack trips through the mountains, summer concerts - We love it all.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

For years we considered buying, because our family didn't fit well into my brother's or my mother's home. Not until the perfect lot became available did we consider buying and building. We look down at the valley AND up at the ski hill - on a special little ridge off Wood Road, where several of the very first homes were built. (Mr. Janss was the original developer of Snowmass.) With binoculars, you can see this house from every high point on the mountain.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house is spacious and every bedroom has a view. The two 'kids'' rooms - 6 twin beds in two rooms with intervening rumpus area - are separated from the 'adult' king bedrooms by a whole floor, allowing privacy. The hot tub is on the lowest level with the kids rooms. The large deck is off the living-dining room kitchen. The steam shower and the Jacuzzi, inside, are good for tired bones, as well. The fully appointed kitchen makes large meals for many people an easy assignment. We have every book you never read in high school, as well as best sellers, thrillers and beach trash. And we have a piano.
