Nice Location

Besides the dripping water in the bathroom ceiling; this property is nicely located across the beach with 2 property pools to access. Laundry on site. Ice available for purchase @ front desk for $3. Gated entrance and exit onto property. Parking split between covered and uncovered. Our trip was cut short 1 day due to Hurricane Beryl.

Very Uncomfortable Stay

I don't recommend staying here. We arrived on Friday night. The fire alarm chirped all night because battery was dead. The molding around the front door came off when you opened the font door. The condo wasn't very cool. While the condo itself was clean, the facility and the grounds were very dirty. Trash cans over spilling, trash everywhere... etc. I complained to the front lobby about the alarm chirping and the front door issues. They didn't tell me someone would come to the condo to fix. I would have made sure we were there when they came. The televisions had no programming to watch tv. We stayed for the weekend and it wasn't a comfortable stay, especially for the price. Included in the price was maintenance and managerial fees which were high, and I'm not sure what those fees included because there was no managing the pools or the parking. It was a free for all for anyone that wanted to park or be there. They definitely wont get my business next time.

Disappointing Return Visit

We had a family gathering here several years ago & were very happy. This time the complex overall is shabby. This unit was dirty - - specifically garbage under the bed & layers of dirt. Only one burner on the stove worked. Strongly smelled of smoke although it is supposed to be a smoke free building. Uncomfortable for the grown ups & worrisome for the toddler we had with us. Very disappointed. Do not expect to return or recommend. You can call me if you want more details.
