Very short walk to beach. front unit with a great ocean view and the spacious patio overlooks one of the pools. Equipped kitchen, wireless internet, cable, and linens.

This Spacious Beachfront condo is large enough to sleep 6 (4 Adults) with a Queen bed in the bedroom, custom bunk beds and a wonderful sleeper sofa in the family room.

There is a $35 parking fee, which covers up to 2 vehicles for the entire duration of your stay.

Love the location, price for being right on the ocean is fantastic, and we enjoy having a balcony. Be aware that the parking fee may be different than the host even knows about. It wasn’t much, but the front desk charged us 40 instead of the 35 that we were told (and it was clearly even in the desk paperwork). Not enough reason for us to fuss over, just be aware. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Bed was comfortable, space was just right for just the two of us. Spent many hours on the balcony, drinking coffee and watching the ocean.

The home was nice, just as pictured with great view of the beach. Great location, nice amenities. Friendly and helpful staff on property and with host. Very minor negatives, found some areas that were not completely clean as we moved the coffee table to use the fold out couch but all together was a nice stay.

Very nice view however it wasn’t cleaned. Don’t understand being charged a cleaning fee when it was not clean upon arrival.

Great location

We loved the location of the condo and being able to look right over the beach. Cleanliness was only a 4 because the janitorial ladies were still cleaning after check in time. The couch was uncomfortable and ended up using an air mattress instead of the sleeper sofa.

Hello, sorry, for any inconveniency and uncomfortable sofa sleeper., but i wonder why didn't you use the bank bed. there is a plenty of beds for 2 adults and 2 kids (age 12 & 14) they could sleep on the bunk bed. as far as the housekeeper will try to make sure that the condo is ready on time. sometimes it's hard to be right on time due to previous guests checking out late. Thank you again for choosing my place and i hope we can see you again next time.

The door is very hard to open, which is a challenge for kids. The TV in the living room doesn't work. I contacted the owner, and he was very responsive, replying within a minute and offering me an extension cord, but I said I was okay without the TV. The dishwasher doesn't work even though we tried multiple times. The refrigerator is very dirty, rusted, and missing the bottom shelf for vegetables. The balcony light is out. The only positive thing is that the view is great. Other than that, I do not recommend.

The view was great but the place didn’t have but about two outlets that work the ceiling in the bathroom leaks the sheets on top bunk smelled bad didn’t leave extra toilet paper had to go buy it I would not advise anybody to rent this also we had to use a extension cord across the living room floor just to use the tv because the outlets don’t work and the ones in kitchen you have to hold them in to get things to work also sliding door doesn’t open and close well it took two of us to open and close it every time and I told host about it all nothing was done I ask for partial refund and was ignored it was aweful don’t waste your money and it’s a trip hazard if your elderly very dangerous I fell and hurt my wrist from the cord

Excellent place with poor management

Wanted to stay here for my wife's and my 30th anniversary. The Air-conditioning went out after the first night and that's when things went down hill. You couldn't ask for a better place with a view, but if you need to get a hold of the property owner then be prepared for them to not respond for at least 8 hours later. It seemed that they weren't trying their best to get the AC back on. Because of the lack of effort on their end, we decided to check out early, this after 4 nights of no AC. Some anniversary!!!
