Plenty of space to share with friends or just to get away with your family. This is such a quiet and relaxing community . There are 2 public docks within just a few minutes drive either direction to bring your boat with you! The large lot provides additional space for a camper (upon request).

Wonderful get-away

Had a lovely stay right on Holter lake. We really enjoyed the time. The house is lovely, the location is brilliant, and all of the amenities were on point. Will definitely stay again next summer if possible.

Great stay on the lake

Great stay had everything we needed for a family get together with children. Place was exactly as listed. Very clean, plenty of space and room to play games outside or just hang out. Couple minute drive to the lake with beach access.

I've rented a lot of homes, this one was by far and away better stocked with amenities than any I've ever stayed. Clean, great deck and view. Can't go wrong on this one.

The house overlooks Halter Lake and the views of the lake from the spacious deck or the second floor living/dining area are exceptional. The house is roomy and well-equipped, including a nice hot tub. Lots of parking area.

The house is very clean with everything you’ll need for a trip! The hot tub was clean and was a great touch that we enjoyed! We will come back every year to this house! You won’t be disappointed if you book this beautiful home with a beautiful view of the lake!

Felt right at home on the lake

Celebrated my birthday with friends and family ages 3-adult. Everyone really enjoyed the comfort of the house and it was great to have plenty of seating to hang out either downstairs or up! We loved having the pool table for entertainment and the hot tub was so nice after getting back from the lake! Easy access to put the boat in an out of the lake at the docks close by. Nicely stocked kitchen, had everything we needed! Beds were very comfortable.

House on Holter

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very comfortable and clean. There was not many expenses spared to make it a very nice place and one I would consider living in full time if I was looking to buy and it was available. Then resident deer population was fun to pay attention to and it had great views of Holter Lake which was nice to drink coffee to in the mornings. I would definitely consider renting this property again if there is a future need.
