Rustic A-frame Cedar Cabin with loft, Lg Grill Outdoor Dining & Fire pit!

Such a cute, cozy little A-frame cabin with a beautiful floor to ceiling rock fireplace. Brand new spacious kitchen with dining table that fits 8 people. The living room has a comfy sofa and large chair with ottoman, and a really comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Bean bags for the kids as well.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with extra blankets and pillows. There are also 2 queen air mattresses which can be used in the master bedroom or living room or loft. It also walks out to a private little patio!

There is a queen bed upstairs in the loft. It is a loft room and does not have a door. It’s warm and cozy up there so keep your hot sleepers downstairs.

There is a 3rd smaller bedroom with adorable log bunk beds and sound machine with crickets sounds (and regular white noise if needed ;)

The first bath is a single vanity with walk in shower. The new second bath has a double vanity with new quartz countertops and tub/shower combo.

Kitchen remodeled with brand new cabinets with quartz countertops, ceramic farmhouse sink, antique butcher’s black island for food prep! We stock our kitchen complete with spices, starter oil, grilling utensils, all normal appliances including blender, crock pot, mixers, baking pans (muffin and cookie sheets) pots and pans. All you need to bring is your groceries!

We have a large patio space for grilling with a charcoal and gas grill. The patio area has a dining table with chairs and umbrella. There is also a great fire pit area with large yard! There is even a fire pit grill rack and skewers so you can fix dinner sitting right by the fire in the wooden Adirondack chairs! And don’t forget all of the family memories made roasting marshmallows and making s’mores!

We have free password protected high-speed WI-Fi and 2 smart TV’s with a Netflix subscription available. You may also log in to your own app subscriptions just don’t forget to log out!

We also have a full size washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

GUEST ACCESS
Private cabin all to yourselves. We have parking for 3-4 spaces and room for a boat trailer in front of the cabin free of charge.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a quiet, secluded neighborhood. We do not allow loud parties. We ask guests to please respect our neighbors by not being rowdy or loud. We want our guests and neighbors both to have a great experience!

Now for a few things we like to call courtesies instead of rules:

••Please take care of this sweet little cabin we also call home on occasion, as if it were your own.

••Please NO smoking or vaping inside. There are ashtrays outside. Please dispose of butts in the trash.

••Please dispose of trash in the trash cans just outside the back door

••Dogs allowed only if on a leash-no fenced yard. Please pick up after them outside and dispose of in trash cans. If they have an accident inside, please clean the area well. We do require a non-refundable pet fee of $50/dog. Sorry no cats. I’m a cat lover and have several but they do not get to visit the cabin. Sorry but kitty nails work havoc on the beautiful cedar wood in the home.

••if damage is done to the home, a security deposit of $250 may be charged.
