Sunshine Cottage on Crystal Beach is just a short walk to the beach. Relax with the whole family in this cozy beach house!
Linens furnished and beds are made. Excellent Location, close to restaurants and market (The Big Store) on Bolivar. 5-minute walk to the beach.
This home has it all! 2 bedrooms 1.5 bath, fully equipped kitchen, with both Keurig and drip style coffee and tea kettle, outside grill, fire pit, hammock, giant Jenga, hot tub, smart TVs and wifi.
Sleep 5-6 and baby items available upon request.
Security cameras in place for added safety! One facing the driveway and another facing the front door.

Please take trash out to the outside bins before leaving. Keep the Hot Tub lid on and secured at all times when not in use.
Before using the hot tub make sure there is NO SAND on you. There will be an additional $100 cleaning fee if there is sand in the Hot tub.

Great weekend getaway

Nice place for a weekend with the wife. Hot tub was nice after days of fishing. Plenty of parking and room for boat under cover, easy to back in (which is rare at alot of houses).

Great for families

Very kid friendly beach house. It’s a bit further down the road from the beach than I would have liked but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Also Wi-fi was a little spotty. Other than that, it was perfect for a quick family get away for me, my husband and two younger children.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The owner is very easy to work with and reach. There was a couple small things she quickly rectified and seems very sweet and caring for her guest. The home is about a 5 min straight walk fromThe beach. And quick access to the small town. With a wonderful seafood market , large grocery store and a great littleCoffee shop we discovered all within about a 2 mile radius .

We enjoyed a short get away with the kids for fall break!!

The house is so cute! Nicely decorated and very clean. Perfect set up for sleeping for the kids who are 4 & 6 y/o. We had everything we needed for comfort and the kitchen was fully stocked for the light cooking we did for breakfast. Very close to beach, we walked the first night and rented a golf cart the next morning which worked out great for riding along the beach with the kids and carrying all the beach stuff. . A cold front came through so we enjoyed a ferry ride to Galveston with the kids. Highly recommend this property!!

Sunshine cottage review!!

Sunshine cottage is incredibly cozy making you feel at home as soon as you step in. The house is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, plenty of towels and not to mention absolutely adorable. Communication with the owner of this property was effortless. She got back with us quickly after a little hiccup and got it resolved in no time!!! Would definitely recommend for a small family!! And our little family cannot wait to book this property again! (There is also a baby gate at the top of the stairs and the downstairs patio is completely gated!)

🥰 Jordan and his family were a breath of fresh air to say the least! They were so kind, clean and even spent time pulling our outdoor items in during a crazy windstorm. They were literally the best guests you could ask for and we can't wait to host them again! Thank you guys again!

Awesome place!

For first time renters, this place was exceptionally wonderful!! Perfect location and very close to gas stations, stores, etc. The communication between us and the owner was amazing! Great choice for a small families or a small group.
