Sand In My Boots has everything you could want in a beach house! Gulf Views, Bay Views, Close to all the best restaurants, Walk to the beach and so much more! This 2 bedroom 2 bath villa has plenty of room for the fam to enjoy! Relax on the deck enjoying views of the gulf and the bay. Spend time inside streaming your favorite shows, watching the DVD's provided, or playing some board games!
2 master suites with attached bathrooms and a pull out sofa for extra guests! Family and pets welcome!

The Community is just as awesome as our home! With a pool (pool is operable between March 1-October 31) , Jungle Gym, Observation Tower, Firepits, pond, and so much more!
Crystal Beach is an awesome spot with lots of amazing restaurants and other fun things to do! Book a fishing charter, parasailing, amazing seafood, or just relax and enjoy each others company! Take a quick ferry over to Galveston for some more exciting experiences!
We are pet friendly and we also provide couch covers, if you're having your buddy on the couch, and lint rollers cause we all know how that goes!

Host was great with communication and instructions. This is the first time we didn’t stay beach front but the neighborhood and location were great, especially enjoyed the neighborhood amenities (the pool was awesome and right across the street from house)! Even though it’s not beach front you still have views of the gulf from the balcony, inside in the common spaces and in one bedroom! We rented a golf cart from Crystal Beach Golf Carts and commuting from the house to beach was a breeze! The house is exactly as advertised and you can just show up/pack light. For my family, we do prefer softer beds (these were pretty firm) and a living room set up/furniture that’s more lounge friendly, but this house was great for a quick weekend getaway for just 3 people, especially if you plan to be at the beach or enjoying the neighborhood pool most of the day.

The house appeared in person as it was in the listing. Convenient location to everything. Only two things that I would improve on. I would get a refrigerator with an ice maker and I would have a futon cleaned instead of covering up the stains with that quilted cover.

A stay in paradise

It was exceptional clean. The layout was well thought out with great decor. A simple walk to the beach. A five to ten minute to town depending on what you wanted to do. This will remain our go to place from here on out!

Stilt House Living

After climbing 16 stairs to get into the accommodation, everything was fine. Since it is a peninsula we could see the gulf on the left and now and then see a tugboat pushing a large barge on the right. The children’s playground and pool were utilized by the community. The area is quiet and an excellent place to rest and regroup. The beaches are full of shells, quite a few in tack. Taking the free ferry to Galveston just added another level of exploring. Bravo

It was ok

Nothing at all against the owners. The house itself was fine. The location however wasn't ideal. There are teens and 20 year olds who played very loud music each night we were there so loud that I felt like I wasat a concert. Had to call the police the last night and learned those kids dont rent or live there. They just use the pool. Again nothing the owners could control. Also the mosquitoes were insane. I've rented at beach houses before and this was just unbearable. The house was fine. But unfortunately other circumstances made it not very welcoming. Thank you for being great hosts though.

Weekend Getaway

We loved everything about the house and the area that we were in. We had some fun neighbors that helped us enjoy the experience. The pictures were a little misleading though because I was under the impression that the pool was private, as well as the deck. Unless I overlooked something, it didn’t specify in the listing that this was a community pool so unfortunately, since it was so crowded the whole time we never got to swim. We definitely made the best of the experience though so everything asside from that was great. I definitelyy loved the complementary pods! My friends were soo pleased and greatful for my pick.
