Modern Duplex Close to Perimeter Mall

Modern and simple Duplex in a very safe part of town. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with 100% privacy and separate entrance. Designated 2 parking spots. No stairs in or outside the duplex.
I live downstairs. I can not host you if you don’t have any reviews yet or your reviews are not 100% positive. It is not okay to have celebrations or parties. No loud noise after 11pm
You can have guests during the day but maximum occupancy is 6 people any given time.
The rate is kept low for solo travelers There is a fee for additional guests per person per night.
Please be honest about the overnight guests to avoid unpleasant resolutions.
There are security cameras overlooking the parking lot and the entrance. Please turn off all lights every time you leave the place.
Before the check out, please load but don’t start the dishwasher, empty refrigerator and throw out trash and leave the used towels in front of the washing machine.
Please do not leave any dirty pans, pots in the sink. Please don’t leave the oven dirty. Cleaning the oven and pots takes time. Cleaners won’t do it and I will charge an extra 100 dollars.

Host was very responsive and accommodating, even cleaned off the basketball court and inflated the basketballs for the kids to play as it was unseasonably warm. House is very clean, spacious and great modern bathrooms and kitchen appliances. House is very close to several restaurants, coffee shop and grocery store.

Dunwoody Done Right

This was a fantastic place to stay if you are needing to be close to Peachtree Corners or other areas north of Atlanta. The host was extremely accommodating and the amenities in the house were tremendous. Highly recommended and will be staying here again.

Hidden gem

Don’t sleep on this spot, probably one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. If possible, it’s even better in person than what is shown in pictures. Check in was seamless and very easy, great communication with the property manager. I’ll definitely stay here the next time I’m in town, can’t recommend this place enough

Relaxing stay

This is a wonderful place. Pictures don’t do it justice. The comfort and decor were excellent. Everything from check in to check out was a breeze. Nice neighborhood close to shopping. We stayed for grandson’s baseball tournament and were centrally located. The price was only a little more than a hotel room, fabulous value!

I had a wonderful experience at this Dunwoody location. The Dunwoody area is very accessible and convenient. The place was very clean. Beds were very comfortable, and the decorations were very welcoming and hospitable. 10 out of 10 recommend! Thanks for having me again.

Amazing

Great location, spotless, all amenities you could need or want. Owner is very responsive. Beds super comfortable. Bathrooms are fantastic. The living area is larger than the pictures show and comfy to hang in. Liked it so much we booked it again!

Very nice and the only small point is that the house is on a busy street. Be careful pulling out of the driveway.

Best stay so far!

I travel a lot and book stays across different apps, but this has been my best stay hands down. The vibe was absolutely perfect, the visuals of everything were absolutely stunning and luxurious and the whole place was so clean and comfortable. To make matters even better, the host was very accomidating and communicative which I greatly appreciated. Truly cant recommend this stay enough, this will be the first place Ill go out of my way to stay in again! Thank you!

Nice neighborhood and the owner was very professional. Took care of us from the first minute. Was totally blown away when I walked in the door. We were there for a convention in the perimeter mall area. This was just perfect. We’d love to be able to stay again next time we’re in the Atlanta area!!

Wonderful stay!

I found this property after learning that we'd be staying in the Atlanta area for a couple of weeks for my daughter to receive medical care that was not available at home. This property was perfect! Spacious and beautifully decorated, it was a wonderful place to return to at the end of the day. A fully loaded kitchen, made it easy to eat-in, but being conveniently located minutes away from several shopping and dining areas gave us great options for take out and dinners out too. Our host was very responsive and kind; his pride in his property and in providing a pleasant experience for his guests was very apparent. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for us to stay during our time here!

Amazing 2 bedroom 2 bath!

One of the best 2 bedroom homes I have stayed in while traveling. Both bathrooms are beautiful and it is so nice to have a separate bathroom from the kids! The kitchen is fantastic and has all the plates, pans, utensils you will need for meals and having Kroger supermarket 2 minutes down the road was great. The beds were super comfy my daughter wants to order the same one for her own room and the owner could not have been nicer especially when our flights got screwed up he let us stay up until cleaners had to come to get ready for next family coming in. Just a great place in a great area close to town.

Beautiful Duplex

It's a beautiful duplex: fully stocked with amenities and nicely decorated. Only two quips- owner knew what time I was arriving- yet never told me where the key was located and I waited over 20 minutes for him to arrive to check me in. 2nd thing: the bathroom closest to the bedrooms flooded as I was taking a shower (not really things you want to deal with after traveling all day). Other than those two things, it is a lovely home and I enjoyed my overall stay.

Aeriel informed me that she was going to arrive at 6am. I woke up at 5am just to check her in. She ended up arriving at 5.30am. I rushed to check her in and get there at 5.45am. She said she found the keys under the mat and did not even let me in. 😂 The entire bathroom floor is waterproof. The drain is hidden underneath the free standing bathtub. If she had let me in, she would have been informed about it alongside many other things. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Perfect Home in Dunwoody

I had a great time living here for a month while I was temporarily working in Brookhaven. The beds are super comfortable, the living room area is great, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The host, Anvi, was amazing and help us with anything we could possibly need. I would highly recommend this stay.
